Located in a small building, just 300 metres from the beach and very close to the port of Roses, it offers an excellent location for a relaxing holiday with all amenities close at hand. Its proximity to restaurants, supermarkets, bakeries, butchers, fishmongers and other shops makes for a convenient stay without the need for a car.

The apartment is accessed via the stairs to the third floor and comprises:

* One bedroom with 2 single beds (90 cm wide) and air conditioning.

* Living-dining room with a 140 cm sofa bed, TV with Spanish and French channels, and air conditioning.

* Equipped kitchen with an oven, microwave, filter coffee machine for ground coffee, toaster and basic kitchen utensils.

* Full bathroom with a bathtub and washing machine.

* Balcony with a table and chairs, perfect for enjoying breakfast outdoors or relaxing after a day at the beach.

* Private parking space in the same building (maximum vehicle clearance: 190 cm).

* Free Wi-Fi.

Just a few minutes’ walk away, you will find La Punta Beach and the port, as well as the lively seafront promenade, with a wide selection of restaurants where you can sample the local cuisine. Roses is an attractive destination all year round, perfect for those looking to relax by the sea or combine beach time with nature, culture and leisure activities.

During your stay, you can enjoy boat trips to Cap de Creus or Cadaqués, visit the Dalí Museum in Figueres, have fun at the water park, try water sports, play mini golf or go-karting, discover the beautiful Costa Brava landscapes or simply stroll along the fine sandy beaches. In summer, you will also find plenty of activities and entertainment for all ages.
