The apartment was recently refurnished in a large style and awaits you with fresh and modern design for up to 9 guests.

The location is ideally connected, in the south of Rosenheim, it can be reached with just one traffic light from the motorway and in 10 minutes you are already in Rosenheim city center.
Free parking spaces are right outside the front door.

This means that you can quickly reach the mountains, but you can also do things in the city.

You can start your day with a coffee from the fully automatic machine and enjoy the mountain views from the beds of the two bedrooms. The coffee is an absolute special as the coffee roastery is right downstairs and the coffee just freshly in house roasted.

The first bedroom is furnished with an extremely luxurious box spring bed.
The second bedroom has two very comfortable double beds. The bedside tables all have an international power outlet and USB charging port so you can easily charge your mobile phone anywhere.

The bathroom has a large bathtub and a walk-in shower with rain shower head and shower. Wellness is provided. Two sinks offer plenty of space. Another guest toilet is located one door away, right next to the bathroom. You can also find the washer-dryer there. Indispensable, especially for travelers with children (we know what we're talking about...) Another dryer is also in the apartment and is available to you.

Of course, we provide fresh towels and all important items such as shower gel & shampoo.

There is a special sofa bed in the living room. With just one click, the ottoman can be swiveled and becomes a 180/200 double bed. The same type of couch is in the first bedroom. This allows up to 9 guests to sleep comfortably in the apartment.
It was important to us that the sofa beds were just as comfortable as normal beds. So you don't lay on top of bumps and cracks, but sleep on a normal mattress with a cold foam topper for maximum seating and sleeping comfort.

In the kitchen, you have everything in view: the kitchen, dining and living room are one room and therefore give you plenty of space for socializing.
On the 55-inch Smart TV, you can watch your favorite Netflix movies together.

In between, you can soak up some fresh air on the large balcony. The 76m2 roof terrace offers plenty of space to sit together under the open sky for a long time even on summer nights, or to tan in the sun during the day.

Self check-in is provided any time after 3pm of your day of arrival.

We provide high-quality bed linen and towels. A welcome kit with coffee made from home-roasted coffee beans and tea is also waiting for you.
