"Beautiful, peaceful little cottage. Stayed for the weekend and enjoyed hiking in Harpers Ferry and the local restaurants. Our dog loved hanging out by the water and sitting on the swing by the fire at night. We will be back! "

"Amazing location in a historic house, exactly as pictured. The host was responsive and helpful. Be sure to bring your own supplies because shopping is very limited in the town. "

The backyard and gardens are breathtaking, and you’ll never want to leave the cabin; the mountain view’s from the porch are to die for and the stargazing at night is unbelievable. The owners were so sweet and easy to contact. It was such a wonderful stay, we are definitely coming back again. "

"Perfect place to stay in Harper’s Ferry. Cottage is exactly as pictured nestled on a quiet street. Very clean , comfortable and beautifully decorated. The fenced yard was large and the perfect area for the dog to run in. The hosts were pleasant and responsive."

"We really enjoyed our stay here, the location is perfect for exploring Harpers Ferry, within walking distance to everything. The cottage is well equipped, clean and cozy, perfect for a couples get away, would book again if returning to HF. The owner was very communicated, had well organized info for the stay and was easy to work with"

"This charming cottage was exactly as described, and it was exactly what I needed. Prior to staying here, I would stay at one of the hotels in Leesburg. Never again. It was so nice to walk around the historic district, have dinner, window shop and return to this beautiful cottage. I would recommend this cottage over any place I've. stayed."

"The outdoor spaces exceeded my expectations of the property. There is ample space on the deck, the yard is enjoable with the views and firepit, and the front porch rocking chairs are relaxing with a cup of coffee and litening to the gentle rain.Young adults enjoyed the game room. My only suggestion would be to replace mattress in 1st floor bedroom, it sinks a little. That is a small inconvenience considering that everything else was lively and the kitchen was well supplied with cooking tools."

"Host is super responsive, checkin/out was a breeze. We are a group of adventure (biking, hiking, rafting, etc) gals who pick a destination for 4 days/3 nights once a year. I look for a CLEAN, affordable, centrally located VRBO that has multiple bathrooms & bedrooms, a/c, outdoor amenities and a large, well lit common area. This property was PERFECT for us in every regard! It is well appointed with everything we needed. The trail down to the river is steep - we only did it once but nearby...

"We had a fantastic stay! Home is beautiful, updated but still had so much historic charm. The location is within walking distance to Historic Harpers Ferry which we loved. Jay was great to deal with, quick to respond to any message. We can’t wait to come back next year. "
