"We had the absolute BEST time here. Came for my bf’s bday. It was perfect. The little cottage itself was nice and clean and so cute! We loved the spiral staircase. The host was super sweet. He got the dock ready for us, got the kayaks in the water, blew all the leaves off, even got a fire ready to light for us. We were right on the water where we could fish off the dock. "The room was very clean. Host was very friendly. Shops and restaurants were in walking distance.They have a shed to put your bikes in. The bike/ walking trail is just down the hill by the train tracks. It was a level easy 5 mile bike ride to Harper’s Ferry. The hot tub was hot and ready to be used! We enjoyed exploring the historic areas of Harpers Ferry, and took advantage of the parking and shuttle at the National Historic Park (we have an annual NPS pass, so parking was free for us!)
