"We had an issue that the safe did not function. We reported it straight away and the member of staff went and reported it to the manager. Sadly nothing was done and we had to carry valuables with us all the time which was a bit inconvenient . Other than that we found it to be clean quiet well presented and very convenient for the train. Excellent sausage and mash in the Bistro. We would not hesitate to return. Please note that they do not offer breakfast of any kind but there are several cafes...

"Please put a small cabinet inside the women's shower/toilet to put on stuffs while the person on shower. Disposable slippers if possible.. Overall the service, staffs and whole accommodation was a good experience and of a great value. Thank you"

"Have stayed 4 times recently and always found this to be good value pub accomodation. Sadly, once again the biggest issue was the a/c controls. This time I had a completely non responsive control so I was stuck with the a/c blowing away on its existing setting for 2 days and unable to change it. Also unable to turn it off completely as the power supply is external to the room. I know the a/c people were in last week to supposedly fix all these problem controls but it didn't happen. Shame as I...

"My Wife & her twin sister left their passports in the safe at the hotel and only noticed at check-in at the airport( 10 hours later lol), the staff at the hotel headed up by David came to the rescue and very kindly returned their passports to them at the airport via an uber they could not have been any more helpful. The food, atmosphere and staff over the 12 day trip were fantastic can defo recommend KW & DW"

"Bom hotel, só é um pouco diferente o check in o qual é feito dentro de um bar. Fica literalmente ao lado da estação de trem, o que facilita bastante a locomoção na cidade."

"Ótimo indicaria para todos."

"Clean and well situated for Sydney Olympic Park."

"Very polite staff, super clean room and just beside a mall. Loved it, would come back. Its not near the city, and far from bondi.. bur reasonable price can make it worth the road. "

"Hotel novo próximo ao aeroporto."

"Bom hotel "

"Really loved all the extras this property offers- laundry in room, kitchen, and we managed to use the sauna before it closed for the evening which i appreciated as we had a long flight back to Canada the next day. Some of the amenities seem very new and up to date, but a few things need replacing. Beds, kitchen etc; were super clean! However we found a used bandaid in the shower sitting on top of the soap dispenser."

"Okay"

"I don't even have words to describe it, terrible location, terrible service, the breakfast was better off being bought at the supermarket, they only offered bread and butter... There was hair in the bathroom when I arrived and when I was leaving I looked under the bed and it was filthy... In the end they charged me for a scale that was returned"

"Awesome service and they also offered us breakfast which was a feast. Customer service at the finest."

"Excelente para quem quer ficar proximo do aeroporto, hotel novo, "
