"Property is located just out of town and is on the end of a horseshoe of houses. We had plans in Jerseyville, Alton, and Grafton and this location made it easy to get to all three. The house is very neat and clean and comfy. It's a 2 bedroom house with queen beds and a pull out sofa in the living room that has a queen bed. The hosts communicated very well. We had no problems finding the place or checking in. It was a very nice stay and I would highly recommend it."

"The stay was phenomenal. The location was a block away from everything. Restaurants, bars, shops, and gas stations were accessible within a rock’s throw. The host was there if I needed her. The house was perfect for me and my group. Everyone was very impressed."

"Great property! Perfect size for our group of ten! Bit of an odd layout but I just think that’s how older houses are. Right in the middle of Grafton. We walked everywhere. Loved the courtyard and fire pit. Would definitely stay again! "

"Great place! Plenty of room for all 8 of us. Clean, plenty of furniture, utensils, beds were made correctly and clean. Check in and out were very easy. Management company did a great job. Check out was super easy...towels in washer and dishes in dishwasher. Would stay again!"

"This was our 3rd time staying here as it is perfect for when one of us visits our daughter who attends Lindenwood University. We each have our own room, we can make meals, use the laundry machines, enjoy the TV and best of all it is in a quiet neighbourhood. Just wish the frying pan would be updated as it is warped and proper wine glasses would be supplied. :)"

"Great location and space for our group of friends (and one 12-year-old). The beds were very comfy. As others have said, the shower head upstairs needs an adjustment/replacing. We didn’t realize the upstairs bathroom was in one of the bedrooms as opposed to a hallway, so the second bedroom upstairs had to walk through the main bedroom to access the upstairs bathroom, which may be noted in the listing and we just missed that detail. It worked out just fine for our party but wanted to mention so...

"Charming historical home was a cozy and clean place to stay. Everything was easy to find, tidy, and nicely decorated. We had plenty of room to spread out and the bedrooms upstairs were cool and very comfortable.We appreciate that parking was convenient as well. This worked out great for a special getaway with family."
