I even had amazon items delivered to the property and left on the porch! No porch thieves. My only recommendation is to get a mini split for the back room as it get a little too toasty back there even with a fan. "This is a great location for Baton Rouge, within 5 miles of everything BR has to offer. I was there for a bowling tournament and was just a short dash to downtown. While I was there, I wanted to visit the LSU campus, and was within 5 miles of there. If you needed to make a quick trip to a Wal-mart, one just a mile down the road. "The house was so nice and clean with very comfortable beds and bedding in every room! Kitchen was great for cooking. The outdoor furnishings were just as nice. We brought our pontoon boat to entertain the 2 Grandsons. We definitely enjoyed our stay!"

"Really enjoyed our stay. Could use a few updates and minor repairs. Some areas required a little cleaning (trash from previous tenant and box of worms in frig./pity we didn't do any fishing!) but we took care of that upon arrival. Plenty of room for us to spread out. Kids stayed in the pool! Enjoyed the view! We would go back!"
