"This was a very charming house in Cumberland Gap. We were in the area for an event for LMU so the location was excellent. Everything was provided so that was a plus. The house was a 1928 house which gave it its charm. The books that were displayed were so interesting along with the family photos and albums. The only drawback which was not a big problem was that the refrigerator was not a full size fridge. It was probably a medium size fridge and it did have a freezer as well. Overall...

"Our stay was wonderful. Nature all around us. The cabin was very well equipped. Nothing we can thing of was missing. Shower room has everything short of a toothbrush. :) Kitchen has a bar area that seats 4. Coffee/Kuerig combination that also dispenses hot and cold water. Big smart TV in living area. Check in was super easy. An access code is sent and it works well. For nature lovers - we were very amused by all the hummingbirds chasing each other around. "

"This was the perfect family reunion get away. The house was perfect for relaxing as well as gathering inside and out. The view was stunning, the lake water was warm. The kayaks were a huge hit with our family we had many who had never been and it was so great to see them try a new adventure! "I did not stay at this property due to a double booking. I stayed at a nearby house that needs to be cleaned better, specially the floors, a shower curtain needs to be added to the beautiful update in bathroom, some plates woukd be nice. House rules and check in, check out procedures, places to visit and eat nearby would have been helpful to have posted at the house. Overall was a decent place to stay, quiet neighborhood. I would at least consider staying again."
