"Host tried to charge additional cleaning fee after booking was completed and confirmed through VRBO. Accommodations were dated and not as clean as compared to other VRBO accommodations we have rented. Mind you, it wasn’t full on dirty, it just was a bit dingy, and a cup with a partially consumed beverage was left on an end table. If something as obvious as that was not cleaned up, it leads me to wonder how often they are mopping floors, etc. "

"Overall, A! Great, accommodating host and wonderful property. We couldn't find the tetris set BUT an amazing game room, big tv, great accommodations, and a great atmosphere made up for it! This family of four will be back. Very close proximity to South Higgins Lake and many trails. Make sure you bring firewood and dryer sheets, if needed!"
