Ground floor duplex apartment with access to an outdoor hallway; Equipment: Gas stove, electric kettle, toaster, refrigerator, microwave, smart TV with Android TV (no cable), WIFI, air conditioning (heating/cooling), basic dishes and kitchen utensils, table, chairs, and double bed (option for 2 separate beds); Provided with sheets, blankets, one set of towels per person; toilet paper, kitchen paper, detergent, shampoo, conditioner, and liquid hand soap. We can accommodate up to 3 people, as it has 1 single bed on the ground floor.

The entire apartment is for the exclusive use of guests, with no restrictions on access to any area.

We generally only see guests when handing over and receiving the apartment, but we are always available to resolve any questions or situations that may arise, either by phone or in person if necessary. Don't hesitate to contact us for anything you need.

Our apartment at Santa Fe 1700 is located in a central area of Rosario, very close to universities and the Mercado del Patio, an important reference in gastronomy. In its surroundings, there is a wide range of services and amenities. The main avenues such as Francia and Boulevard Oroño are accessible, connecting with the entire city. Completing the picture are shops, banks, and other essential services, making Santa Fe 1700 a privileged location in Rosario.

Being located in the city center, it is easy to access almost any point of interest by walking, biking, or public buses (using the SUBE card). There is a public bike station 800 meters away. Additionally, there is free street parking in the nearby streets to Santa Fe Street and a private parking lot open 24 hours less than 150 meters away.
