"Thank you Adrian. You have a beautiful home with such a lovely view and we were surrounded by big blooming hydrangeas. We really enjoyed our stay. We visited the nearby la paz gardens, which was amazing. And we went up to see the poas volcano, which cleared up nicely for us so we get a good look. And of course loved our visits from mani and duke, the resident pups!! A wonderful stay in a beautiful home. "

"The house is old and needs lots of up keep. Walls are cracked and flaking. No hot water to bathroom sinks and maintaining a constant water temperature in the shower is impossible. There is no hot tub, the reference is to a bathtub, a language problem. Also, lighting in the bathroom is very bad. Push on lights were placed over the stove to give better light there as the kitchen is also dark. Walking into town takes about 10 mins and is an easy and nice walk. People very friendly. "Location was good. We felt safe and it was easy to find. Beds/bedding was in good shape. The layout of the house was a bit "odd" but no problems or issues. We had some insects in the house (mostly ants). I assume that's jungle living and it wasn't an issue. "

"We rented this property because it is large, (there were five of us travelling), is close to the airport and we didn't want to drive far after a late night flight. It said it was three bedrooms and could sleep six. After booking, I was told that there would be an extra guest fee for each person over 2. I told him that the ad did not say that and that we wanted to cancel because the ad was misleading. He eventually waived the fee, but then told me that there would only be two bedrooms available...
