This modern apartment is located in the residential Palazzo Vivaldi where you can find (Swimming pool available all year, gym, sauna,wide meeting room with games, 24h reception)

It is all exterior and very bright. It has an equipped American style kitchen (oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, fridge, ceramic hob and kitchenware)
In the living room there is a sofa bed where two people can sleep comfortable as there are proper mattresses for sleeping.
There is a bathroom with bath and window to the terrace.

The bedroom has a comfortable double bed with viscoelastic mattress with a wide door which lead to the terrace.
