Located in the listed medieval village, the house is at the start of many hikes and cycle paths and is 10 km from the beaches (about 12–15 minutes by car depending on traffic). Very quiet area, not overlooked, facing East / West / South for optimal light. Free public parking 80m from the House.
Interior description Village house 100 m² on 1 floor, capacity 6/8 people.
• Bedrooms: 2 bedrooms with double bed (one with TV).
• 1 bedroom with 3 single beds 90 (2 beds can be joined to form a double bed + a 90 bed).
• Living room: bright space, sofa, made of an extra bed 90, TV, desk area for teleworking.
• Bathrooms: 2 modern showers and 2 toilets, 1 of which is separate.
• Kitchen: fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle) + adjoining summer kitchen for outdoor dining.
• Comfort: reversible air conditioning in all bedrooms and in the dining room/kitchen, Wi Fi fiber, pellet stove, washing machine, 2 TVs
. Bed linen and towels provided for stays of at least 7 days (on request for stays <7 days at a flat rate per person)
• Family facilities: cot and high chair provided on request, board games.
• Accessibility: house on 1 floor, not compatible with people with reduced mobility. Pets not allowed.
