The villa is within walking distance of a beach and offers unprecedented expansive sea views. There are several terraces around the villa and by the pool. From the pool a path leads to the large sauna and in a nice spot on the terrace is the jacuzzi.



The 4 bedrooms are on the first floor, and all have access to the terrace. The beds are generous and comfortable.



On the living floor you will find a large lounge with sitting area and dining table and access to the beautiful kitchen. There is also a "gallery bedroom" this is the fifth bedroom separated from the lounge by a wardrobe wall and curtains. On this floor there is a guest toilet, a beautiful conservatory, and a spacious terrace with stairs to the terraces.



Nearby are all kinds of sandy beaches, restaurants, terraces and sailing and diving schools. Famous seaside resorts such as Sainte Maxime, Saint-Tropez and Saint Raphael are within easy reach.
