The villa offers a stunning, sweeping view of the coastline and is located just 1 km from the beach.

This villa has been recently renovated and can accommodate a group of up to 10 people with five bedrooms and three bathrooms. Upon entering the villa, you’ll find yourself in the spacious open-concept living room with a comfortable sitting area and dining table, which offers plenty of space for the entire group. There is also a TV and Wi-Fi available for your entertainment and convenience. From the living room, you have access to the terrace and the garden with a pool, where you can relax and enjoy the beautiful view of the Mediterranean Sea.

The spacious and modern kitchen is equipped with all the amenities you need, such as an induction cooktop, dishwasher, microwave, oven, and large refrigerator. The villa has five bedrooms and three bathrooms, with most bedrooms offering access to the balcony and stunning sea views.

On the terrace by the pool, you can soak up the sun on the lounge chairs and relax in the lounge area with a barbecue. There’s also a ping-pong table and darts. The villa is surrounded by a well-maintained Mediterranean garden that adds to the atmosphere and comfort. All in all, this luxury villa offers you the perfect vacation experience on the Côte d’Azur.
