Villa with sea views, in peaceful setting, within walking distance of the sandy beach (500m) and the coastal village of San Peire sur Mer (700m), with private (heatable) outdoor and indoor pool, airconditioned, near Saint-Tropez, Nice and Cannes.
The villa is safely situated on a closed private domaine, near the cozy marina of Les Issambres. From this marina a shuttle ferry goes to Saint Tropez and Cannes.

The villa is ideally suited for a relaxing stay with family, or several families with children, with a total of 10-12 people. The private swimming pool(s) and the short walking distance to both the sandy beach and the coastal town of San Peire (Les Issambres) give the great advantage that you can enjoy your rest and your daily activities without car use.
The many, partly covered, terraces of over 200m2 always provide enough shade and the possibility to find a quiet spot.

The Mediterranean garden (with figs, olives and plums) has spacious, partly covered terraces with luxurious and comfortable garden chairs, barbecue, dining tables and sun loungers.
The Provencal Villa Patrimoine (230 m2) is completely new furnished in 2019 and has 6 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, suitable for 10-12 people. There are 4 bedrooms on the ground floor and 2 bedrooms on the 1st floor. The villa is fully air-conditioned (living room/kitchen and 6 bedrooms).

The villa's outdoor and indoor pool, are purified on the basis of natural salt instead of chlorine (so silky water, and no irritations to skin or eyes). The indoor swimming pool of 3 x 4 meters is equipped with a counter current installation, so you can swim endlessly. The heatable, outdoor swimming pool of 9 x 4 meters is equipped with "plage" (20 cm deep water). The swimming pool is maintained weekly by a specialized company throughout the season.

The villa is fully equipped and furnished with an eye for detail. There are electric shutters, satellite TV, Smart TV and WLAN. The kitchen is equipped with Miele dishwasher, oven / microwave, fridge with separate freezer compartment, induction hob and fully automatic coffee maker. In the bedrooms have plenty of closet space and first-class beds (Auping) ensure a good night's sleep.

From the garden and the terraces, you can enjoy a magnificent sea view over the bay of Saint-Tropez. In short, a superb villa in Les Issambres where you immediately feel at home, for a memorable holiday on the delicious and versatile Côte d'Azur.

Location:
The villa is located on the coast of Les Issambres, next to Sainte Maxime and opposite St. Tropez. Les Issambres is known for its child-friendly beaches and is one of the quiet seaside resorts on the Côte d'Azur. Sainte Maxime is one of the nicest places on the Côte d'Azur. It has a beautiful marina with fresh fish every day, sandy beaches, bustling boulevards, nice shopping streets and many restaurants.

Thanks to its central location, all the famous resorts of the Côte d'Azur are easily accessible (Saint Tropez, Cannes, Nice) as well as many picturesque Provençal villages in the back country (St Tropez, Grimaud, Port Grimaud, Gassin, Ramatuelle, Lorgues, and Flayosc). There are also vast and unspoilt nature reserves for endless walks and many rivers for canoe trips. And there are many beautiful golf courses in the area.

In Les Issambres you can also practice a range of water sports such as surfing, renting a watercraft, sailing and water skiing.

Linen package (bed linen and towel-set) is optional bookable. Bed linen including beds made and towel-set cost € 40 p.p.

On request, the outdoor swimming pool can be heated and air conditioning can be used. A fee of € 175 per week applies for this.
