The villa is in a closed area of 1200 m2. Passing through the automatic gate you can reach this beautiful house. From the large terraces you have a magnificent view over the sea, all the way to St. Tropez. There is also a covered terrace with a BBQ. At the wooden table you will experience unforgettable moments. In the garden is the spacious oval pool of 11 x 5 meters, and beside the pool is a nice lawn. Of course there are several sun loungers by the pool, from where you can enjoy the great views.  The beaches are at a walking distance of about 5-10 minutes. From the harbour, which is at 500 metres, you can take the ferry boat to St. Tropez.
The living room is very tastefully and luxuriously decorated with a nice sitting area around the fireplace (solely for decoration, not for use) and a nice sized dining area (satellite TV, with Dutch and international channels TV, video, CD available.). In line is the open kitchen with additional dining area. The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, oven, microwave, etc. In the utility room you will find a washer and dryer, as well as 2 extra fridges, one of which is equipped with an icecubemachine. On this floor there is further a large bedroom with two single beds and a private bathroom with separate toilet. On the upper floor there is 1 bedroom (with TV) and a private terrace (master bedroom with large double bed), 1 bathroom (bath) with double sink and toilet. A staircase leads to the top floor where there are 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Of the 3 bedrooms, there is 1 bedroom with double bed and bathroom with shower. There is a bedroom with 2 single beds and a bathroom with bath and finally a bedroom with 4 single beds and a bathroom with shower. All bedrooms have airconditioning.
The villa is situated on a 1200 m2 site that is accessible via an electric gate. The garden has a large heated oval pool (11 x 5 meters). Around the pool there are terraces with seats or chairs. On the ground floor we see next to the petanque field large terraces (with a table for 12 pers.) partly covered with BBQ and a table for 8 people; all with beautiful views of St Tropez. 
Pool heating is available from beginning of April until end of October at no surcharge.
 

Cancellation costs are:
If canceled up to the 42th calendar day (exclusive) before the day of arrival: the deposit.
Cancellation from the 42th calendar day (inclusive) until the 28th day (exclusive) before the day of arrival: 60% of the holiday home rental.
Cancellation from the 28th calendar day (inclusive) until the day of arrival: the full holiday home rental.
Always close cancellation insurance, you can never be sure of the situation within your family, relatives and circumstances that may force you to cancel your vacation.
