Vilas em Roosevelt Roads,

"The unit was lovely, lots of light, in a great location, on the golf course, steps to the beach and pool. "

"We stayed in 2/2026. The negatives that need some major attention: Inside the place: BLACK MOLD, & uncorrected water damage to the ceiling, & baseboards in multiple rooms. Paint is worn. Appliances rusted. Master shower doesn’t drain (fills up when you first turn on the shower & doesn’t drain for an hour). Guest shower door doesn’t close. Corners of rooms dirty/grimy. Hair on the bed sheets. Furniture in bedroom is dirty/stained, loose & about to fall apart. Bed slides all over the floor. Soap...

"Buenas tardes, la estadía estuvo maravillosa. Quisiera recomendarle que se repare la nevera porque el freezer no está congelando a capacidad y está botando mucha agua y esto puede ocasionar un accidente a cualquier persona. En adición, encontramos que los aires no enfriaban mucho, una de la luces del exterior no prendió, el abanico del 1er. cuarto no funcionaba y las puertas corredizas estaban sin seguro y así las dejamos. Atentamente, Alicia"

"Absolutely loved everything about this stay! It truly felt like the most amazing place in paradise. Every detail was thoughtfully taken care of, and they had absolutely everything you could possibly need. From life jackets, brand new snorkels, goggles, fins, floaty, body glove paddle board, kayaks, outdoor shower, private beach access, glass pool, private entrance, and private road made the entire experience feel so peaceful and exclusive. It was the perfect place to completely unwind, relax,...

"This property is as advertised and much more. So much room and space to relax between the 2 floors. The pool table and sauna were a nice touch as was all of the appropriations in the kitchen and the bathrooms. The property was super clean and well stocked with everything you’d need whether staying for a short or long trip. The host Trayce was awesome with communication and recommendations. We will definitely stay here again."

"Great communication. Great location. Would love to come back"

"As we pulled into the parking lot for the house, the front looked more modest than we expected. Be patient, because everything else was wonderful and met or exceeded our expectations. The kitchen was spacious, well stocked and in great condition. The bedrooms were roomy, clean and comfortable. The common areas are well taken care of and have great seating for large groups. The outdoor areas were also spacious and in great condition. Finally, the owner is amazingly responsive and helpful. It was...
