"The host, Janet was an amazing communicator. The location was perfect. Ceiling fans did not work, the humidity was awful and it would have helped if the ceiling fans worked and the tv reception did not work either. Other than that we slept pleasantly in our air conditioned room and enjoyed our trip."

"This property was perfect for our small family of 4, and it had all of the essentials for a great beach week. The terrace was so relaxing every morning and every evening. There was enough bedding and blankets for us to use both futons. The kitchen and bathrooms were super clean. We’d come back to stay again. Thanks!"

"Great property! Condo has absolutely everything you need to enjoy your stay. Spotless inside (the fridge is the only thing that needs to be changed), a/c kept everything cool, lots of room. Great location right on the beach (beach chairs and coolers provided), wonderful calm beach, great for long walks. Market across the street, close to El Yunque, convenient location (to get back to the airport). Highly recommend this condo!"

"The apartment was very clean, the location is excellent if planning trips to Vieques and Culebra. It was a 10 minute drive to the ferry, we also traveled to El Yunque Rainforest took us about 30 minutes. I would definitely stay here again. Winnie was very responsive, friendly, and professional."

"The property was gated and there was assigned parking. It was kept clean. The condominium was clean when we walked in. The host even had little 2024 graduation candy for daughter who graduated from a University. However, the water in the on suite bedroom fluctuated from hot to cold. The light in the refrigerator didn't work, the light in one bedroom went a few days before we left. The host Frances was very nice and communicative, just the bedroom light wasn't fixed due schedule...

"Great location for us. Close to Luquillo Beach and the kiosks but not right in it. Loved being so close to the water. The unit had everything. Although we ate out for every meal we could have easily cooked as well. The beach equipment came in very handy since we flew in and couldn’t bring our own. Our hosts were fantastic and were extremely prompt in answering any questions we had. We are already considering another stay as some point in the future."

"Nice place overall to stay for our group of 3. The size was just right. Lovely to sit on balcony and have a view of the beach. Love the private beach. Definitely need a car as nothing is really in walking distance. Not many chairs at the pools, not sure if that’s seasonal. Juan Carlos was a pleasure to meet and interact with. Met us at the place and showed us around the rooms and gave some suggestions of places to go. We would stay here again."
