"We had 25 of us from all age groups staying there for a wedding that was nearby. This property had everything that we needed. We were able to cook large meals in the spacious kitchen. There were plenty of activities to keep the kids busy. Every room was clean, comfortable and well furnished. We will definitely be looking at this property again for future gatherings."

"Three Trails was so cute. I loved the exposed brick walls, wooden floors and the wood beam ceilings. The beds were very comfortable! I would recommend so WD40 on the doors, they were very loud and squeaky if you had to get up in the middle of the night for the bathroom. The apartment kitchen is very well stocked. We loved finishing the evenings on the rooftop patio. The parking was very easy and everything is walkable in downtown Elkin, we didnt have to drive anywhere, the vine line picked us up...

"Close to Wilkesboro and about 40min from historic Boone and blowing rock. One outlet to charge your phone and electronics which is nice for an unplug getaway. It's a quiet location without traffic noise. Very pleased with the cleanliness. I was a little nervous about the porta potty situation but it was SUPER clean and I was thrilled about that. Everything was great, I would stay here again. "

"This was a delightfully peaceful stay for my husband and me. There is plenty of room for at least 6 people and even a detached building/BBQ to entertain around 30 people and ample parking.David Woodie is a wonderful host. This is the second time we have stayed at one of this Host’s properties. It is very conveniently located to downtown Sparta, which is charming. "We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Marc’s cabin. Check in info was sent to me and was very detailed and easy to follow.We were visiting for my boyfriend’s birthday weekend and Marc went above and beyond in having balloons in the cabin for his birthday. It is small and cozy, but had pretty much everything we needed for a 2 night stay. The area is very beautiful and we loved the swing down by the river. It’s only a short drive into town if you need any groceries or wish to have lunch or dinner. ...

"Our family has stayed at quite a few rental properties over the years, but this one tops them all. The location is absolutely beautiful, peaceful, scenic, and the perfect mountain escape. The cabin itself is thoughtfully stocked with everything you could possibly need, which made our stay feel easy and comfortable from start to finish. Communication with the hosts was clear, prompt, and genuinely warm. We truly can’t wait to come back again. Highly recommend!"

"We stayed for a family get together, the space was nice but for a larger group (7) the kitchen was small. We used paper plates and plasticware to keep down on dishes but there is only one outside trash can and with a larger group including an infant trash was taken out more often and accumulated quickly. Take notethere is no yard to walk your dog, we had our small dog and walked her up the road which wasn't a problem for us. Easy check-in and out. We would stay again, we loved the decks and...
