The house has a main floor where the living room, the kitchen equipped with a washing machine, microwave, oven, and all necessary kitchenware, the dining room, two bathrooms, and three bedrooms (two with double beds and one with two single beds) are located.

A staircase leads to the tower where the fourth bedroom with two single beds is situated. The entire house has central heating.

Outside, there is a porch, a large private pool with mountain views, several garden areas, and a sports court.
