"A beautiful property with very well appointed rooms. We loved the homemade cake and fruits and using the Moka for morning coffee. The pool is tiny, more like the dimensions of a hot tub. But for a lovely B&B near a wonderful medieval town and not too far from FCO, it was perfect!"

"Not a great location. Paper thin walls. Difficult check in and parking. Clean with kind staff though."

"Solo female travelers BEWARE!!! I’m a 48 year old woman and I naively thought sexual harassment/assault was pretty much a thing of the past for me. I thought the husband (Mario, a much older man) of the nice lady (Pina) who was running the place while their daughter was out of town was being friendly when he offered me a jar of homemade blackberry jam. I was wrong. Under the guise of wanting me to get my phone for translation he followed me into my room where he put his arm around me and...

"A hidden gem, an small boutique hotel in the old centre. Great walking, brekkie tasty with an amazing view. Would love to be there in warmer weather to enjoy the back gardens! They register your car license as you have to drive into a controlled area, with secured parking thru their gates. A great sleep!!! Would like to visit longer 😊"

"The after hour check in process was smooth. Location is perfect. My only complaint is that I had an early flight the following day and couldn’t spend more time there."

"The experience was amazing. The host Roberto was outstanding in helping us with a late check-in - and provided clear directions on the room amenities. His wife and he prepared a delicious and sumptuous breakfast. Overall, a great treat in Tuscany! Highly recommend!"
