And after contacting the property directly, I am told that this could have been resolved very easily, but because of the ineptitude of agents at hotels.com, it was not! Therefore, this was my last reservation through hotels.com! "

"We drove up from Nebraska to see our son and his family who live in nearby Ronan. The calm and quiet was a great welcome as our son had been in accident and broke his back. So after emotional days, the calmness of the house was welcomed. It is a lovely property close to a beautiful lake."
