Nestled in the heart of Hampshire and on the banks of the River Test, Romsey is a picturesque town famous for fly fishing and offering a serene and scenic escape with its idyllic countryside surroundings. The New Forest National Park is just a short drive away for adventure, offering ancient woodlands, heathlands, and charming villages with endless outdoor activities, from hiking and horse riding to wildlife spotting. Paultons Park, home to the beloved Peppa Pig World, is a popular destination for a fun-filled day out. Additionally, the historic Broadlands Estate, the former home of Lord Mountbatten, opens its doors to visitors, showcasing beautifully landscaped gardens and fascinating history. The National Trust's Mottisfont Abbey is only 2 miles away and offers indoor and outdoor activities for all generations.
As you step inside this charming one-storey holiday home, to your right, you'll find the well-equipped country-style kitchen and dining area. This space is perfect for preparing and enjoying meals with its rustic charm and modern amenities. Continuing through the property, you'll enter a cosy living room featuring a Smart TV and wood burner, ideal for unwinding after a day of exploring all that New Forest has to offer. Moving back through the hallway, you'll come across the family bathroom, with its calming décor, this is the perfect place to unwind in the tub after a long day of adventure. Next, you'll find the first of three bedrooms, a comfortable double room. This room has a Jack and Jill en-suite bathroom, allowing access from both this room and the hallway. The en-suite boasts modern and contemporary décor, equipped with both a bath and a large rain shower, providing a luxurious experience. As you move through to the next room, you'll find a spacious super-king room. This light and airy room can be made up as a twin upon request, offering flexibility to accommodate different sleeping arrangements. The final bedroom is a king-size room with delightful garden views. Like the super-king room, this bedroom can also be configured as a twin if desired, ensuring all guests' needs are met.
Heading out the back of the property, you'll discover a small, pretty courtyard furnished with outdoor furniture and a BBQ. This is an excellent spot for al fresco dining or simply enjoying the fresh air. From the courtyard, you can access the heated, indoor swimming pool, perfect for a refreshing daytime dip no matter the weather. The swimming pool is available exclusively for the residents of Hill Top and can be accessed between 09:00 to 17:00 November to March and 09:00-19:00 April to October with an allocated code provided by the owner. At the front of the property, there's a lovely picnic area set within beautiful grounds, providing a picturesque setting for outdoor meals and relaxation. Hill Top sits in an acre of lawned grass which is not fenced on all sides. The property does have a patio area which is fenced on two sides with a 3foot picket fence and two sides (at the back and side) with six foot panel fencing. There are free roaming wild birds including pheasants Guinea fowl and others.

- Shop 2.5 miles and pub 0.9 miles
