House facing the ocean

This house, called “Marinella,” overlooks the beach directly: you can head down in your swimsuit and take a dip in the sea, choosing whether to spread out your towel on the public beach or reserve a lounge chair or umbrella at the convenient beach club right across the way, which features a restaurant and many convenient amenities.
