Two double bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, a living room of over 50 m² with a sofa bed, a designer kitchen, and ducted air conditioning. Accommodates up to 6 guests. The grandeur of Rome begins right outside the front door.

The Space
The dramatic entrance, with a spacious foyer, leads into the living room: over 50 square meters of ceilings crowned with painted friezes, marble floors, gilded antique consoles, a period marble fireplace, petrol-green velvet sofas, and contemporary art. The large soundproof windows overlook the rooftops of the historic center.

TWO EN SUITE BEDROOMS — Each double bedroom has its own private marble bathroom: the master bedroom features a bathtub, shower, and double sink; the second bedroom has a shower. No shared spaces, no compromises: ideal for two couples or a family.

THE KITCHEN — Fully equipped designer kitchen: induction cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, and kettle. Everything you need for a leisurely Roman breakfast or a dinner made with fresh ingredients from the Campo de’ Fiori market.

PLUS — A sofa bed for the fifth and sixth guests, a walk-in closet, a washing machine, an iron, a hair dryer, high-speed Wi-Fi, heating, an elevator, and ducted air conditioning throughout the apartment: quiet, even comfort—a rarity in historic buildings.

Guest Access
The entire apartment is at your disposal, with complete independence, and you’ll have keys to the entire space. The building has an elevator.

A valid ID is required at check-in, as required by Italian law.
The sofa bed is ideal for a fifth or sixth guest during short stays; the fireplace is antique and decorative.
