Filipo was very kind and helpful to us in getting the most out of our time in Rome. The apartment is very charming with an excellent full open view of Trevi Fountain and the surrounding plaza. The location is central and walking distance to everything you will want to see.

Fellippo was very helpful and let us in early! His father Marco was across the hall and was wonderful. The location is very cool!! It was a bit loud- but for a short stay it was fine! The apartment itself was all the pictures showed- great view- very clean- plenty of towels (Fellippo exchanged them after day 3 of our 6 day stay) and very roomy.

This was Christmas Day - lots of visitors this day!!

Beat the crowd and stay here!

What an amazing ending to our honeymoon! We had such an amazing experience staying here. Got to see the Trevi Fountain in all its glory day and night and got to see it without being in the mix of the crowd. Filippo was an amazing host and even carried my wife’s bag upstairs. 10/10 will stay again when in Rome!!

An amazing location.

Our stay in Rome was nothing short of magical, largely due to our incredible accommodations just steps away from the Trevi Fountain. From the moment we arrived, we were enchanted by the prime location and the blend of Roman architecture with modern comforts. We had a view of the fountain from the living room and the bedroom. Even thought the water was drained, the view was still amazing. The location is also perfect for exploring other attractions. We were within walking distance of the Spanish Steps, Pantheon, and countless charming piazzas filled with cafes and gelaterias. Our hosts were incredibly accommodating, providing us with excellent restaurant recommendations and tips for making the most of our stay. Thank you Philipo and Marco. If you are looking for a truly unforgettable Roman experience, I can’t recommend this location enough. Waking up next to one of the world’s most famous fountains is an experience we’ll treasure forever. .

Best VRBO in Rome

When we asked our daughter who just graduated where she wanted to go for her 18th Birthday. She said Italy. We had been to Italy once before but traveled north. This time we traveled south and into Sicily. Her only specific requests were beaches and that we stay in that awesome apartment above the Trevi again. We did and the owner did not disappoint. Whether traveling through or looking for a place to stay while exploring Rome. Look no further. Thanks again for a wonderful stay.

Trevi Apartment Amazing!

We highly recommend this property!!!! The apartment was great and our host Filippo was so nice and helpful. We are a family of 4 and the size was perfect for us. It was comfortable and everything is well maintained. The location is awesome!!! It was always easy to find or to tell taxi drivers where to go :) It was fun to hear the crowd cheering when couples got engaged. I loved having my morning coffee above the Trevi fountain!

Fabulous View

The location of the apartment is perfect for seeing the sights. View of the Trevi Fountain was spectacular. Fabulous restaurants and shopping within easy walking distance. Customer service exceeded all expectations.

Trevi fountain apartment

The apartment is centrally located and walkable to many of Rome’s treasures. Phillipe was very helpful and responsive. We would have liked a coded or keyless check-in since we arrived via air and taxi and time frames are difficult to estimate , but once we saw the property it really is not set up for that. Even with all the tourism around the fountain the noise level was not excessive. We enjoyed opening the windows and watching the multiple marriage proposals every night that occurred there.

WOW!!!

Wow!! This unit is absolutely incredible! You simply can not beat the location or view! It felt like a dream being so close to the Trevi fountain! Flippo, the host, was so wonderful and met us at the unit when we checked in and even left us a bottle of wine. He was so kind even to arrange a taxi for us on our last day. I would ABSOLUTELY recommend booking this unit, it truly is incredible! With the extra room we are hoping to come back and bring our kids next time! I was worried it would be a little loud at night/ in the morning, but the fountain created a natural white noise and we slept so great! Keep in mind there are a lot of stairs, it helped us burn off the gelato calories so it wasn't a worry for us but if stairs are hard for you it might not be the best fit.

Just Overall Great Experience

The location and view make this place worth it alone, but the helpfulness and warmness of Filippo and his father Marco was beyond welcome. Stay here if you can! Pro-tip for future renters: Recommend moving the couch in front of the window. We sat for hours with our wine people-watching every night after dinner.

This is one of the best places we have stayed. OMG what a view of the Trevi fountain. Very walkable to the Spanish steps a other main attractions. Apartment is gorgeous with up to 3 comfy beds and two bathrooms. Filippo is a great communicator and his Dad Marco is a national treasure. Both very helpful and informative. The only down side is that it is on the fourth floor and there are about 90 steepish stairs to get to it. It could be a slight challenge if you are injured or have lots of stuff to carry, but it good to work off some of the great food in the area. I will be recommending this place to anyone that will listen.

Most Awesome Place!

Could not ask for a better picture of Rome than the Trevi Fountain! This apartment gives a wonderful backdrop of the fountain! The apartment has everything you need in the kitchen, bathrooms, and den. The owner emailed as needed with directions and helped with the little items. Stay here if you can!!

Great Location

Loved our stay here! Fillippo was fantastic. He arranged a car to pick us up at the airport which took a lot of the arrival stress away. Lovely fresh flowers & a bottle of wine waiting for us at the apartment. Very clean. Location is great. The stairs made sure we burned off our pasta every night! I would stay here again. And very nice to see Trevi with no crowds in early AM & late PM.

Perfect View

Everything about this apartment was wonderful. Filippo was a great host. He met us when we arrived to show us around and was able to answer all our questions. We had 2 couples there and it was the perfect space. We enjoyed having out our bedrooms and bathrooms while still being able to hang out all together in the living room. The view is AMAZING! We loved opening up the window and listening to the hustle and bustle of the Trevi Fountain below. There were some great restaurants nearby and also close to other places we wanted to see. Make sure you note that there are many stairs to climb before reaching the apartment (there is no elevator). The view at the top is very much worth it though. 10/10 would recommend this apartment!

WONDERFUL!!

Seriously INCREDIBLE!! Every view from this apartment is like a postcard!! Check-in was EASY, great communication, and helped guide us to the market, great restaurants, and sites! Wonderful Experience, Great Location

My family and I stayed at this wonderful apartment for 3 nights while in Rome. It is in a great location and close to everything to be seen in Rome. We felt very safe and the views from the apartment are unbelievable. We sat every night and morning people watching. There were many proposals and so much excitement. With the windows closed it was also very quiet and we were able to sleep without hearing the excitement below. There is such a great bakery/sandwich shop on the corner called L’Antica Forno. We had the best pastry’s, sandwiches, and focaccia bread for breakfast each day. It was also very affordable. My teenage boys loved the apartment so my. They said it was such a “cool setting/vibe.” Philipo had excellent communication with us throughout booking and checking out. He helped us arrange a shuttle service last minute and provided any information we needed. He also helped carry our luggage up the stairs when we arrived. Philipo lives in the complex and his father lives across the hall and he was so friendly. You do have to walk up several flights of stairs, but we didn’t mind at all, especially after all the food we would ate. This place is definitely worth staying at if you want to engulf yourself right in the middle of the hustle and bustle of Rome. Thanks again Philipo! We hope to come back again!

Amazing view, Delightful owners

What an amazing way to start the day in Rome— the views from the apartment are breathtaking. There was no noise despite the crowds below and the owners are lovely people. They helped us with transfers and had great local recommendations. All around wonderful experience.

Wonderful apartment in a great location

This is a great apartment overlooking the Trevi Fountain. The owner of the apartment, Filippo, was fantastic and got back to me immediately whenever I had questions before arriving. He arranged an airport pick up for us and met us at the apartment at check in. The unit is on the 4th floor and there is no elevator, but we all thought the location and apartment amenities outweighed that. I definitely recommend this spot if you want to be in the middle of the action in Rome.

Wonderful Apartment

We were delighted with the apartment and the location is wonderful. There is so much to see and do and many of the main attractions are within reasonable walking distance. The apartment itself if beautiful and the host is so kind and attentive. We would love to be able to stay here again when we return to Rome.
