Located in the Prati district, the apartment is the ideal solution for visiting the main points of interest in the city comfortably on foot and thanks to public transport.

The building is a 10-minute walk from St. Peter's Basilica and Castel Sant'Angelo.

In 1 minute you reach the Ottaviano metro stop.

The internal space is composed as follows:



- KITCHEN CORNER with induction hob (2 burners), moka, electric kettle, fridge, freezer, microwave oven, toaster, wine glasses and various kitchen utensils;

- LIVING ROOM with sofa, smart TV, dining table and chairs;

- BEDROOM I with double bed (1.60x1.90m), wardrobe and fan;

- BEDROOM II with single bed (0.80x1.90mt), wardrobe, desk and fan;

- BATHROOM with raised shower cubicle, sink and WC (ATTENTION: there is a step inside the bathroom to access the WC and shower);

- BALCONY with access from the kitchen

- CLOSET.

The apartment has a self check-in system, so you will be able to access it on by yourself with the personal link that we will provide a few days before your arrival.



Please note: completing the ID registration and online check-in porcess is MANDATORY in order to receive the instructions and access the apartment.



In case of problems, the Customer Care service is active only until 11:30 pm.



Upon check-in, cash payment of the tourist tax will be required.



The Prati district is adjacent to the Vatican City.

Two states that live together inside one another: Italy and the Vatican. The Vatican is the smallest sovereign state in the world, centered around the majestic St. Peter's Basilica, from here every Sunday the Pope recites the Angelus.

It is a must for those coming to Rome to visit the Basilica, but remember to wear appropriate clothing, it is not allowed to enter with trousers or short skirts and bare shoulders.

Also you are really two steps from the wonderful Vatican Museums, one of the largest and most interesting museum complexes in the world, the visit requires a lot of patience and energy. To reduce the long queue at the entrance you can make an online reservation.

The alleys around the Vatican belong to the Borgo district, small streets full of restaurants and souvenir shops, in contrast to the decidedly more airy Via della Conciliazione.

Of a completely different spirit is the Prati district which, with its many shops, is one of the favorite destinations for shopping enthusiasts.



Line A of the Metro connects in a few minutes the nearby Ottaviano San Pietro stop at Termini Station. Tram 19 and other bus lines serve the neighborhood and the surrounding areas in a capillary manner. It is also easy to get around on foot, in 5 minutes you can reach Piazza San Pietro, Castel Sant'Angelo, Piazza del Popolo or the Vatican Museums.

The area is also rich in bars, restaurants, pubs to satisfy every appetite and the shopping streets such as Via Cola di Rienzo are practically located near the house.
