The Space:

The apartment is on the first floor and offers two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Bedroom one has a queen bed and a single bed; bedroom two has a double bed, sleeping five in total. The living area, kitchen and dining space make it easy to relax or cook together. The highlight is a private rooftop terrace on the top floor, with open city views and outdoor seating - perfect for morning coffee or an evening unwind.



Guest Access:

Guests have the entire apartment to themselves, plus exclusive use of the private rooftop terrace. Check-in is self-service via access code, available 24/7. Check-in instructions, including the access code, are sent on the day of check-in, once the apartment is ready and the conditions are met: online form completed with full and correct data and documents uploaded; city tax paid. Early check-in must be requested by 18:00 the day before; if approved, instructions are sent on the morning of the check-in day after 9:00, provided the conditions are met. Confirmation is subject to availability.



The Neighborhood:

You are in the Vaticano area, a short walk from St. Peter's Basilica and the Vatican Museums. The neighbourhood is residential and well served, with cafes, bakeries and trattorias nearby for everyday needs. The historic centre, Castel Sant'Angelo and the Tiber are all within easy reach on foot, making it a convenient base for sightseeing.



Getting Around:

The location is excellent for getting around. Several bus lines run nearby, and the Ottaviano and Cipro metro stations (Line A) connect you quickly to Termini, Spanish Steps and the wider city. Taxis and ride-hailing are readily available. Fiumicino Airport is reachable by train or car, and most central highlights are walkable.



Other Things to Note:

Early check-in and late check-out are not guaranteed by default. If needed, they must be requested by 18:00 the day before; confirmation is subject to availability. The private rooftop terrace is on the top floor of the building, reached via the building stairs from the third floor; the apartment itself is on the first floor and there is no elevator, so the home is less suitable for guests with mobility limitations. Quiet hours on the terrace are from 23:00 to 08:00 out of respect for neighbours. The home is delivered clean and sanitised. Luggage storage: we partner with Radical Storage, with storage points all over Rome. Guests get 10% off with our dedicated code. Beds: by default prepared for the minimum number needed for the booked guests. Different configurations must be requested in advance.

Towels: one set per booked guest (body towel + face towel). Replacement towels available after 3 nights of stay.

Cleaning during the stay: for stays of at least 10 nights, one free cleaning on request after the first 5 nights. Additional cleanings available at a charge (same rate applied at booking).
