The space
The entrance overlooks a bright living room with open kitchen and dining table, comfortable double sofa bed and Smart TV with 43 ”screen.
The internal view makes the apartment extremely quiet despite the incredible position.
The kitchen is equipped with accessories and elements to be able to prepare dishes and dishes to your liking; fully equipped with dishes, glasses, cutlery, pots and utensils, oven and microwave, dishwasher and washing machine.

The new largebedroom, finished in detail, has a double bed with a very comfortable mattress and an open wardrobe; Smart TV with large 50 ”screen; the view is always on an internal courtyard through a small service balcony.

The bathroom is one of the strengths of the apartment equipped with a large shower, hairdryer.
