Characteristic and bright apartment in the heart of the historic center of Rome, in the famous Via dellā€™Orso, near Piazza Navona. Fully equipped, with free wi-fi and air conditioning. The apartment is located in the baroque heart of Rome, just 500 meters from Piazza del Pantheon and Piazza Navona. Located on the 3rd floor of a historic 17th century building, with no lift, the apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people. It consists of a large bedroom with a sleeping area with a double bed and a living area with a sofa, convertible to a double bed, a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower. Ideal for short and long term. Suitable for business stay.

Everything from booking,checking in and checking out was very smooth especially since we were coming from a cruise so the time of arrival was a bit unknown and we were not reachable for quite a few days.

This apartment is so sweet and perfect!! Unfortunately while in Rome I fell ill and spent 4 days in bed and I was so grateful for this quiet centrally located apartment. Everything that you could possibly need is within a 5 minute walk and delivery service and taxis come direct to your door. I will absolutely rent this place again when I come back for my ā€œdo overā€ visit! Check in was great and Valerio carried my big bag up the 3 flights of stairs for meā€¦ I highly recommend this apartment!

Very cute, quiet, plenty of light and close to a lot of attractions. Bed and pillows were fine. 3rd floor (65 steps from street into unit). Stairway is narrow, luckily i received help with my luggage. Easy check-in. Adriano is very infomative. Water tank small; 2 quick showers worth. So if you have more people...shower fast. Just an FYI- not a big issue for me but did wonder before i arrived. I came off a 15 day cruise and was travelling 5 more days after rome, so we had to do a load. It has the smallest washer. It looks normal in pics but its only about 10" deep inside. So small loads only. They have a rack for you to hang dry items but it took two days to dry most items and i kept wringing them out at the lowest points to help the process.15 min. Walk to Vatican. 5 in. Walk to hop on/ hop off bus. Taxi station 1 block away. Plenty of food options everywhere. Make sure you have your maps working on your phone the street signs are hard to find and its not a simple grid system. I used mine a lot just to get my bearing through the narrow streets with tall buildings. Would stay again.

The unit and the location were great. Unfortunately we paid cleaning fees to VRBO with the booking and then the host charged 90 euros more before we checked in direct to them. Tried to get it straightened out but both sides blame the other.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the apartment. It was central and within walking distance to most everything and we were so grateful to have a lovely apartment to come back to after a long day out! The check-in process was seamless and we appreciated the assistance in providing transportation to and from the apartment for check-in and even departing. Thank you for a great experience in Rome!

We stayed for a weekend in November and we could not have been more happy with the apartment the check in and our host! The apartment is in a perfect location easily walkable to most attractions. Our host communicated with us regularly to know our arrival time and was waiting for us when we arrived. Apartment was clean and the description was very accurate. Our host had communicated all fees to be paid in person upon arrival so there were no surprises. It was big enough for the 3 of us for a short stay. Only thing I would say although it was clear in advance and we were fine is if you have trouble with stairs this is not the place for you. For us it was perfect!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay in this quaint little apartment. It was perfect for my solo trip to Rome. I loved the beamed ceiling, the fireplace and the windows let in a good amount of light. The team helped with transportation from the airport and back again when it was time to leave. The location could not have been better. It was an easy walk to everything i wanted to see.

This apartment is right in the middle of all the sites. Close to Trevi Foutain, Pantheon, Colosseum, and Vatican. If you like good food, itā€™s close to excellent restaurants. If you like shopping, walk in any direction a block. If you want a central apartment that is easy and comfortable this is the perfect one.

Charming and quiet apartment with everything we needed. Bed was comfortable, location was perfect, communication was efficient from booking until checkout, and host was helpful and kind. The hot water tank and washing machine are small but you just need to plan accordingly and use less. Lots of stairs (no elevator) but we liked that because we needed the exercise after being surrounded by delicious food for 5 days.

Very positive experienceā€¦from booking to reception to checkoutā€¦ this is my second stay at this addressā€¦location is superb and accommodation fit my needs. No elevator but the staff was helpful in getting my heavy bags up the stairsā€¦ luggage deposit just around the corner and taxi stand at piazza Navona also great conveniencesā€¦ I will stay here again if next time I come through!
