The house occupies the last two floors of the building with a small balcony on the first floor and a fantastic terrace on the second floor from which you can enjoy a splendid view of the attractions of Rome. On the terrace there is a comfortable table and some chairs.
This 60 sqm vacation rental offers:
- An entrance hall, a double bedroom (160 cm. in size) with a bathroom with a large shower with a small balcony on the first floor
- A beautiful living/dining room with a double sofa bed, a table and a complete kitchenette on the second floor and a fantastic and quiet 20 square meter terrace overlooking a hill and the beauties of Rome.

In this elegant apartment there are a dishwasher, a washing machine, wi-fi, a lift in the building, air conditioning, a microwave oven, a coffee machine, central heating, a balcony and a fantastic terrace.

1) From October 1st 2023 the municipality of Rome introduces a mandatory tourist tax of €6 per person per night in cash
2) Late check-in after 8PM = €25 in cash
3) Evening check-in after 11PM = €50 in cash
4) Night check-in after 1AM = €75 in cash
4) Missed agreed check-in time = €30 in cash
5) Missed notify in case of delay = €30 in cash
6) Use whats-app to communicate with our check-in staff
7) Without cash on arrival it will not be possible to access the apartment, the cost of extras cannot be left at check-out
8) If our staff has to return to the apartment a second time because you do not have cash upon arrival, you will pay a supplement of €20 9) We provide a welcome kit for each guest, we do not restock or clean the apartments every day
