You will find shops, supermarkets, excellent restaurants and bars at a few steps. In an excellent position very close to the historical centre but out of the caos and very well connected, you will be everywhere in minutes.
There is a spacious bright elegant sitting room, 4 double bedrooms and an independent Studio with twin beds or double, all with flat screen TV and ensuite bathrooms, for a total of 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms.
You can walk to St Peter's in 15 minutes down Via Gregorio VII with its variety of shops bars and market and many buses for all main attractions stop just across the road.
Just renovated, it accomodates both old and new, like Rome itself...
It conserves original precious marble and parquet floorings and some antique pieces like the magnificent original Venini Murano chandelier and the antique sofa in the sitting room close to modern design and art.
The apartment has a spacious sunny elegant sitting room with beautiful original marble floors with dining area where you will find plenty of sitting place to enjoy all together with french window to a pretty terrace and a modern fully equipped kitchen. Air conditioning and fast Wi-fi throughout.
Born as a family home the apartment has a characteristic unique blend of new and old. Memories of it's past in the antique books, records and paintings together with modern comforts and art.
The apartment sleeps up to 13 guests.
Our guests can relax and rest in the lovely spacious sitting room, maybe after a warm bath in the jetted tubs and enjoy cooking if they wish in the new modern fully equipped kitchen with electric oven, 5 burner cooker, dishwasher, microwave oven, fridge and freezer.
There are also an electric Espresso/cappuccino machine, electric kettle, toaster, juicer, blender, plenty of crockery and all cooking utensils.
The 4 double bedrooms of the main apartment are in different styles and colors, all with high quality mattresses and linens, duvets in winter months, wide windows, spacious wardrobes, flat screen tv and ensuite lovely bathrooms. 2 bathrooms have jetted baths and cromotherapy. Tubs are divided from the bedrooms by a glass panel and are conveniently positioned so that you can even watch tv while relaxing in your bath! The other 3 bathrooms have showers.
The separate modern studio can be prepared with twin beds or double bed.
You will find hairdryers in all rooms and an iron with ironing board.
We have given all rooms a different name:

- Spagna. A pretty modern double bedroom with parquet flooring, wide windows, white bed and furnishings and lavender colored walls, bathroom with shower
The studio has a well equipped kitchen corner with fridge, eletric kettle, toaster ecc and a lovely modern stone bathroom with wide shower and Led illumination.
Air conditioning both cold and warm in all rooms.
Final cleaning fee of Euro 120 is cash on arrival.
