Whoever chooses this accomodation will comfortably live in an open-space of 120 square meters, divided in two levels (street level and courtyard level), where entrance, lounge, kitchen and night accomodation, come together in a "single large space" (only the bathrooms are internal). Two large arched windows lead to a small condominium courtyard. The space has just been renovated. You will find an oasis of peace and tranquility in the city centre. A funny detail, the metal staircase connecting the two floors was retrieved from the disposal of a real boat.
