My modern loft is the ideal choice for visiting Rome. Strategically located in the historic Colosseum area and with excellent transportation links thanks to the Manzoni (Metro Line A) or Colosseo (Metro Line B), you’ll be able to walk to the city’s main attractions, yet remain away from the hustle and bustle thanks to the loft’s view of a beautiful garden filled with plants and a charming atmosphere.

The loft features a living area, a kitchen, and a sleeping area, along with a spacious bathroom stocked with plenty of toiletries and personal care products—it’s the perfect place to relax and pamper yourself.

One of the property’s highlights is the furnishings, all from top manufacturers including LAGO, KARTEL, MAGIS, and CAMPEGGI, along with lamps by VISTOSI and FOSCARINI, which lend the loft an elegant and modern atmosphere while giving the home a unique character and personality.

In addition to the TV, the amenities include an EPSON projector with a 2x3m screen facing the bed.
Sound quality is ensured by a 300W soundbar (with a separate subwoofer to enhance the bass) and a Dolby Digital 2.1 system.

Both the home theater and the TV offer major streaming services such as NETFLIX, AMAZON, and YOUTUBE, so you can watch whatever you like best.

The beautiful and comfortable king-size bed (180x200) is made up with fresh, clean linens—what more could you want for a great night’s sleep?

The extremely comfortable sofa can also be used as a sofa bed for extra guests (double: 160x200).

If cooking is your passion, you’ll find everything you need to experiment with local recipes or prepare your favorite breakfast.
The kitchen is fully equipped and easy to use.

Upon arrival, you’ll find my home professionally cleaned.

Every little detail is designed to offer you a unique experience: the loft’s colors are warm and inviting, and every object has been placed to create a cozy atmosphere.
You can listen to music via Bluetooth speakers, connect to high-speed internet, and enjoy the crackling fireplace while sipping a bottle of white or red wine or a delicious Nespresso (extras available on-site for a fee).
