Rome, historic centre, in the heart of the city, 200 meters from Piazza Navona and 3 minutes from Trastevere, very close to Campo di Fiori and Piazza Farnese, Elegant apartment bright and very quiet, 170mq, attic with a pleasant terrace of 25 sm, 4° and 5° floor, overlooking the rooftops, and the Gianicolo hill as the skyline.
The modern furniture and design, mixed with the style of the mansion, make this house unique. The apartment has three bedrooms, all with a private bath or shower. There is every comfort, air conditioning, heating, Wi-Fi. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped with a microwave, stove, oven, and dishwasher. You will find two comfortable sofas, TV, stereo, DVD, dining table, and a fully functional fireplace perfect for a romantic atmosphere in the grand salon. On the terrace overlooking the rooftops of old Rome, you can spend pleasant moments relaxing in the morning for breakfast and evening for a nice dinner and enjoying the pleasant climate in Rome. The central position allows you to reach on foot and in a few minutes both day and night: Piazza Navona, the Pantheon, Piazza Farnese, Trastevere, Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps and the shopping streets, the Colosseum, and the most important archaeological sites and major museums and significant monuments. If you love the neighbourhood's nightlife, there are pubs, clubs and many excellent restaurants, all without affecting your tranquillity.

First, Cosimo, the super host, is by far the greatest host we have ever had the opportunity to meet. He provided sooo much information about Rome prior to our Rome trip, communicated often, answered questions immediately, helped arrange transportation to the airport and cruise ship and even helped with luggage. The penthouse apartment was awesome with 3 spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. The kitchen was well stocked with excellent utensils for cooking. The host provided coffee, tea, water, oranges and even a pastry upon arrival. There were so many added amenities it made the stay care free. The highlight of the apartment was view from the rooftop terrace providing incredible sunsets over church domes. It was magical. The apartment was very clean. The elevator made it easy to get to the penthouse but stair climbing is still required.

Wonderful stay in Rome

The property was perfect! It fit our family perfectly with plenty of space and comfort. Both of our teenage boys loved their rooms and room for some privacy. My wife and I loved the rooftop garden terrace and view.. We could not have asked for a better location as it was perfectly centered to everything and many great restaurants right near by. Cossimo was the most accommodating host as well. This was by far the best vrbo we have experienced yet! Highly recommend and we will stay here again.

When is asked ny family - 2 teenagers and husband - if we all agreed to five stars for this review, they asked if we could give 6 stars. Three separate bedrooms and baths give everyone private space. This is where we will stay when we come back to Rome. Thank you, Cosimo, for being an amazing host.

The Perfect Rome Apartment

Everything was perfect about this place: the extremely central location, the tasteful decor, the view from the balcony, the lack of noise when sleeping, the cleanliness, the amenities, etc. Moreover, Cosimo was incredibly kind and helpful, and had clearly put a lot of care and attention into every last detail. We highly, highly recommend Cosimo's apartment for a stay in Rome.

Simply Amazing!

We loved this apartment, from the amazing private roof top deck to the kind and helpful owner, Cosimo, we would highly recommend this property. It’s in a great spot to walk and see the sites, and the apartment was pleasantly supplied with some welcome food and drinks on our arrival. Cosimo booked all our private transfers and transportation from minute one, even took care of booking our transfer from our cruise ship 10 days after we left his apartment. As above, simply amazing!

Incredible.

From the initial booking to the help he host provided in arranging our trip to Rome was above and beyond. The villa is in a great location and a wonderful space. Can walk right out to door and get an express/gelato etc. campo di fiori is right around the corner for good fresh veggies. But the host made this trip in organizing drivers and guides. The villa is wonderful sitting on rooftop deck having a glass of wine or coffee in the morning. Cannot say enough how wonderful the host is. The villa is clean well appointed with everything you need. Never any issues at all. Thanks again in helping organize and plan this trip. Highly recommend.

Großartige Unterkunft

Die Wohnung entsprach den Fotos. Sie ist hochwertig eingerichtet und sehr gepflegt. Wir wurden vor dem Haus empfangen und uns wurde alles gezeigt. Im Kühlschrank lag eine süße Überraschung für uns. Wir sind sehr begeistert und kommen gern wieder.

Amazing Penthouse

We couldn't praise Cosimo and his wonderful apartment enough. The attention to detail was eye-opening from a list of vegan/gluten free/vegetarian restaurants, to activities, to transport, to medical information was outstanding. The kitchen was full stocked with drinks, cold drinks, snacks even to the point of supplying a gluten-free pizza for my daughter on arrival! Cosimo went above and beyond to make our arrival seamless. The apartment itself is very spacious and a beautiful rooftop terrace overlooking Rome. We could walk to major attractions including Trevi Fountain. We will definitely staff here when we return to Rome. Highly recommended!!

A fabulous stay

My family and I loved our stay in Rome. Cosimo’s place was perfect for this trip. It is extremely spacious and well stocked with everything you need. When we arrived, there was fresh focaccia and sweet treats, along with milk and all the essentials, including croissants and Nutella. We used the driver service from the airport, which was excellent. The apartment is in the perfect area for walking and seeing everything. There is an excellent patisserie just a few doors up and lots of restaurants. Even though it was winter, we used the rooftop terrace on sunny days - just glorious looking out over the Rome skyline. We will definitely return! A very special stay.

Best Experience Ever!

I am not prone to hyperbole, but this place is amazing. The location is perfect, and the apartment is stunning. As much as we love Rome, we found it difficult to leave this spectacular residence. Cosimo clearly pays incredible attention to all the details big and small, and was extraordinarily helpful. He has set an incredibly high bar that will not be surpassed. We are already dreaming about a return visit.

Amazing stay in La Mia Casa in Campo di Fiori

If you are coming to Rome, you have to stay here!!! The apartment is centrally located to everything, clean, modern, comfortable, and Cosimo is an incredible host. Great communication, he is there if you need him for anything. He stocked the apartment with all the essentials so you don't have to go to the grocery store as soon as you arrive. If we do come back to Rome, we'll definitely stay here again. Ciao Cosimo, we had a wonderful time in the Eternal City. Hope to see you again.

The Magnificent Stay

I have never done a review before - but sometimes something that goes so well needs to be acknowledged! Cosimo (owner) was truly magnificent - helpful, a true gentleman. The place was just great…location great (helped that we were there for the Ryder Cup so added to the experience). Could not recommend the rental more favourably (and no, I am not related to the owner).

We had an amazing stay. Everything about our stay was excellent. The flat was clean and roomy for the six of us. We enjoyed having appetizers on the deck. Hearing the church bells was incredible. Enjoying Rome

Our stay at the Mia Casa de Campo, was one of the highlights of our visit to Rome. The host Mr Cosimo Meloni, a true gentleman, he helped with our transportation,on arrival and departure. Above and Beyond!

I cannot say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay at Campo Di Fiori! The only thing better than the beauty of this place was the man who hosted us. Every single detail from the comfort, communication, amenities, and location was perfect! Cosimo is a wonderful host and went above and beyond to make our time in Rome a memorable experience. Absolutely Perfection

My wife and I stayed at La Mia Casa for 10 days in June, 2023. It was by far the best decision we made for our Italy trip. I can't say enough about the apartment. The perfect location for anyone visiting Rome. Amazing shopping, trattorias/osterias and historical sites all within walking distance. The apartment itself is big (3 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms w showers), full of amenities, and a rooftop terrace to die for! And our host Cosimo was fantastic. He is a professional, easy to connect with, and ready to help with anything we needed. He also made sure we had the essentials stocked and ready for our stay. Best host ever!

This is such a wonderful place to stay! Cosimo was incredible…so helpful and kind. He stocked the place with water, wine and a delicious ice cream cake, and had everything you could ever need. The rooftop was such a lovely and quiet spot after a busy day is sightseeing. I loved the location….easy to get to everything but quiet. I had the pleasure of going for a caffe with Cosimo on our last day…wonderful end to our trip! Grazie mille, Cosimo!

His communications and willingness to assist you with your vacation is exceptional. He is the gold standard of hosts. The apartment is perfect.
