A little but very nice apartment (monotype) provided with air conditioning, bathroom with shower box, hair dryer, tv color, free Wifi, kitchen-corner, well equipped (two induction plates, micro-wave oven, electric italian type caffettiera, toaster) and panoramic terrace with awning, table, chairs and chaises-longues. For two persons. Located in the residential area of ā€‹ā€‹Janiculum-Monteverde Vecchio ,, near the Park of Villa Pamphili, ten minutes away from the center of Trastevere, 20 minutes by bus from the Coliseum. Restaurants, open sky market, supermarket, any kind of shops (a delicious ice-cream shop too!) in the same street or very near. Very good and very cheap-rotisseries pizzerias (also take-away)

Maurizio was an exceptional host! Clear communication from the moment of booking. Maurizio offered to pick me up and drop me off at the train station. Upon arrival, he gave me a tour of the area in his vehicle and told me of the areas rich history. Very clean accommodation located in a safe, quiet community. Bus 75 stops at the top of the driveway. Walkable to many places. I walked to the Vatican from this property. I will definitely book with Maurizio again! Thank you!

The apartment is the same as the photo. It is clean, organized ans has the basic things you need for your residence. We enjoy the residence and we hope to return some day!In addition, Maurizio, the host, wait for us in the train station after looking our plane plan all the day to took us home. Then, he showed us the neighbourhood with her car and explained the most important monuments and restaurants to eat. He was very kind and helpful.

Nuestra estancia fue realmente muy agradable, mauricio fue un excelente anfitriĆ³n, muy atento amable y predispuesto. Nos busco por la terminal de trastevere, nos dio un paseo con mucha historia por los alrededores del hospedaje con un excelente mirador. Realmente hizo de nuestra primera vez en Roma un viaje increĆ­ble nos vamos muy conforme. La zona es muy buena, el departamento esta super equipado para pasar una estancia muy comoda. I cannot recommend this studio enough. It is in a perfect location- not too close to major tourist attractions but close enough that it is very easy to travel to them. The patio/terrace provides spectacular views of the city and is even better at sunset. The actual studio is spacious and clean. I will be coming back!

Nice small studio that everything we needed. Nice terrace to relax in the evening and far enough out of town that you can enjoy some truly local food but still close enough to walk or taxi into the city.Maurizio was great! He gave us a guided tour when we arrived that gave us a quick overview or Trastevere and Rome highlights. We were very happy to have chosen this place to stay. Next visit to Rome we will be staying here.

There is no better accommodation!

Maurizio is incredible! So generous with his time, gave us a wonderful tour of the Trastevere area when we arrived to help us understand the area. Amazing terrace, equipped with a big bed, small kitchen, and bathroom. Maurizio, thank you for your attentiveness to us, and your kindness and helpfulness! I would go out of my way if I can ever come back to make it to this accommodation.

Great location and awesome patio

This small apartment is in a really nice and safe neighbourhood. Has everything you need and it is away from the hustle and bustle of Rome but close enough to walk if you want. Public transportation was very good and on time. Trastevere has a lot of charm. Nice restaurants, markets etc. The best part of the apartment is the private patio. Maurizio and his wife are great hosts and local guides if you need anything during your stay.

Fabulous Studio apartment in Rome

The studio was actually a bit larger than Iā€™d anticipated and was perfect for me and my teenager to share. We both loved the terrace, as most days of our stay it was warm enough to have breakfast and dinner out there, with views of the sunset over the Trastevere rooftops. The bed was very comfortable and all necessary items were provided in both the bathroom and kitchen. Our host, Maurizio, could not have been more kind and helpful! As others have mentioned (which was why I booked this place!), he collected us from the local train station and also gave us about an hourā€™s guided tour (by car) of the local Gianicolo Hill area.

Four weeks in Rome

I enjoyed my four weeks in Rome, especially because I could return "home" to a quiet area after sightseeing all day. The studio and the rooftop terrace is an independant unit in the building. Even if the facilities are a little old, everything works, and are as described and shown on the pictures: a small room with a kingsize bed, plus kitchen and bathroom.All the former rewiews are true, and Maurizio is very, very kind and helpfull. Thank you very much.

Nearby bus routes

The flat was lovely and perfect for what we needed for our short trip. It was snug, but definitely enough room for two people. The private terrace was a real bonus as even in February we were able to wind down in the evening. The bus route towards the city goes from about 5 mins away, and returning drops right at the door, so well connected if out of the way. Would recommend for traditional couples.

Maurizioā€™s apartment was a great place to base ourselves for 4 days. Maurizio went above and beyond to host us by picking us up from the train station with our bags and he let us check out late. The terrace is huge and would be a wonderful spot in the summer
