A minimal and comfortable apartment of approximately 45sqm ideal for business, study and holiday stays in Via Homs in the Trieste/Africano neighbourhood, one that seems like a village despite being among the smallest neighbourhoods in Rome. This street dates back to 1922 and was dedicated to the city of Homs in Libya and is just a few steps away from the famous Devil's Chair which in medieval times was believed to be a demonic place and the throne of Satan. The underground line B, Viale Libia station is a 10-minute walk away. The apartment is located on the first floor (no lift/18 steps) and consists of a living room with kitchenette and a bedroom with ensuite bathroom.

The building is located outside the ZTL, the Limited Traffic Area of Rome’s city centre.
Atac´s Park & Ride areas allow long-term parking at a discounted rate, to reach the City Centre using urban public transport. Every Park & Ride area (both automated or not) is close to a Metro station or to the urban and suburban bus terminus.
Blue stripes: The ordinary rate is € 1.00 per hour outside the ZTL and € 1.20 per hour in the ZTL. The discounted rate, on the other hand, is valid everywhere: € 0.20 for 15 minutes of parking (short stay, for payments made only from the parking meter); € 4.00 for 8 hours of continuous parking; € 70.00 for a calendar month.

The flat is located in a private street and is on the first floor . Entering the house you are greeted by one large room with a small kitchenette, followed by the bedroom with an ensuite bathroom . The bathroom and living room overlook the private street and the bedroom overlooks Via Homs.

The living area has a bed couch, a table with four chairs and a bookshelf with the television. The kitchen is part of the living area. There is a ceiling fan in this area.

The bedroom has two single beds that can be joined to make a double bed , one bedside table and two wardrobes. The room has a ceiling fan.

The kitchenette is complete with a refridgerator, stove(2 plates), electric kettle, microwave, toaster, cutlery and crockery for four people.

There is a bathroom ensuite with sanitary facilities and a shower cabin.
