TERMINI 2 is a spacious and bright apartment located in the historical centre. It sits on the 1st floor with elevator of a building on Via Volturno, just off Termini Central Station. The apartment is 140 square metres (1500 square feet) in size and is equipped with air conditioning, free WiFi Internet connection, Smart TV with Internet access, telephone with free calls to European and North American land lines.

Arrivals: The check in time is from 4:00 PM, but I m flexible! If you d like to arrive earlier, contact me in advance, and I ll do my best to accommodate you. After 4:00 PM, you can check in independently, provided that the online registration has been completed in advance. We will then arrange to meet in person for verification. If you prefer an in person check in, we must schedule a precise appointment. Please note that: * After 8:00 PM, there is an extra charge of 50. * After midnight, the extra charge is 70. Departures: Check out must be completed by 10:00 AM. If you have different preferences, please inform me at least 2 days in advance, and I ll do my best to accommodate you! Pets I m happy to welcome your furry friends! A cleaning fee of 50 per stay applies for deep cleaning.

In Termini also crosses the 2 Metro lines and trains from Fiumicino Leonardo da Vinci International Airport.

This apartment will be disinfected before your arrival by medical devices certified by the Ministry of Health that saturate the environment with a mixture based on hydrogen peroxide (hydrogen peroxide), radically reducing pathogens present in the air, on surfaces and in air conditioning systems. Certification according to legal provisions is present in the apartment and can be sent on request. It sleeps 16 guests and is ideal for groups of friends or families looking for an affordable accommodation in the centre of Rome with easy access to public transportation. The apartment has 3 family rooms for 4 people each and one double room: Europa room (featuring beautiful original mosaic flooring) and America room: two family rooms for up to 4 guests, with two single beds (80 × 190 cm) that can be joined upon request to form a large double bed, and one bunk bed (90 × 200 cm). Asia room: one family room for up to 4 guests, with two single beds (80 × 190 cm) that can be joined upon request to form a double bed, one single bed (80 × 190 cm), and one single sofa bed (90 × 200 cm). Egitto room: one quiet double room, ideal for light sleepers, with two single beds (80 × 190 cm) that can be joined upon request to form a double bed. In the living room is also one double sofa bed, a large dining table for 16 people and fully equipped kitchenette. 3 full bathrooms (1 with bathtub, one with shower and 1 with toilet and sink).
