The GOOD:Wonderful location – easy walking distance to the Vatican, to grocery stores, and to a multitude of restaurants, including one directly across the street!Elevator – much appreciated for our luggage and for my wife after our walk to the Colosseum!Bathroom equipped with nice towel warmer and slow-close toiletThe NOT-SO-GOOD:Three locks to get into apartment. Very finicky – finally got the hang of them by the end of day 2!Apartment actually got a little too warm for my wife (who is always cold)! There were no instructions for the heater. We tried pressing what we thought was the right button on the remote control, but it caused the whole screen to go blank and we couldn’t get it back.A nice espresso machine was provided (no instructions for that either). For Americans (we assume) there was only instant coffee! Assuming you get a lot of American renters, it would be lovely to have a coffee machine.No instructions for the TV. We never did get a picture!SUGGESTIONS for improvement:Kleenex (facial tissue) would have been nice to have.A shower shelf would be nice for soap and shampoo/conditioner. The very small shower (about 3’x3’) was very difficult to lean over in.Paper towels in the kitchen would be nice.Two of us stayed four nights. The toilet paper (two small rolls, single-ply) ran out on the last morning. If anyone uses more than necessary, they would run out.The bathroom sink drains very s-l-o-w-l-y! Sink stopper seems to need some work.
