Before reaching the apartment door, there are 4 STEPS on the building’s staircase, NOT SUITABLE FOR SMALL CHILDREN.
The apartment consists of:
- living room with a 2-seater sofa bed (Memoryform 160×190), a 50-inch TV, and a 4-seater dining table;
- master bedroom with a double bed (160×200) and a walk-in closet, including bed linens and towels (shower towel, shower mat, face towel, and bidet towel);
- full bathroom with shower, hair dryer, towels, and soap;
- fully equipped kitchen with kitchen supplies (paper napkins, utensils, dishes, and dish soap) and a welcome kit (classic Bialetti coffee capsules, tea).

There are pay-per-use or self-service laundry facilities available nearby, as well as public paid parking in an off-site structure.
