  • Apartamento elegante, tranquilo e espaçoso, com grande sala bem mobilada com móveis antigos e pinturas, enriquecida por varanda com vista bonita, dois quartos com duas casas de banho de luxo, completo com sanita, lavatório, bidé, chuveiro, terraço com mesa e cadeiras. Cada quarto tem vista para uma varanda, incluindo a cozinha, habitável. Os acabamentos são valiosos.
    TV e acesso Wi-Fi extra rápido; ar condicionado nos dois quartos.
    O apartamento está localizado no Gianicolo, entre Trastevere e o Vaticano, acessível a pé ou de ônibus (44, 75, 870), trem urbano, táxi (estação grande a menos de 100 metros), no elegante bairro de Monte Verde Vecchio. Excelente supermercado e lojas na mesma rua, mercado ao ar livre na rua paralela. Bares e confeitarias elegantes, excelentes restaurantes e delivery perto (50-200 metros).
    Três parques históricos são o orgulho do bairro: o Parque Gianicolo, através do qual você pode chegar ao Vaticano com uma caminhada da maravilhosa vista de Roma; villa Sciarra, que foi doado para Mussolini que deu para o povo romano, villa Pamphili, residência de verão dos Papas do século 16. O Gianicolo é famoso por seu grande terraço de 360 ​​graus em Roma com o monumento a Garibaldi e sua esposa Anita e os bustos de seus soldados (Garibaldi) e o memorial de guerra em defesa da república romana. Sempre no Janículo, a famosa "fontanona" tem vista para a cidade, e imediatamente depois da igreja de San Pietro in Montorio, com o maravilhoso pequeno templo de Bramante e a Academia Espanhola com seu museu e a antiga escadaria que leva a Trastevere. Een plezierig ruim en goed uitgerust appartement in een rustige en prettige wijk met de bushalte voor de deur. Met de bussen 75 en 44 in de buurt is Rome goed bereikbaar. Op twee minuten lopen een luxe bar en veel goede restaurants op loopafstand. De eigenaar is waar nodig zeer behulpzaam. We hebben twee weken een plezierige tijd doorgebracht in dit appartement.

The apartment is huge and spacious. Love the decor that is typical old world Italian. High quality linens and towels. The kitchen was well equipped with everything needed for a long stay. Having the washer made packing for our vacation much easier. Mauricio is a perfect host. The tour of the area he provided was outstandingLovely neighborhood. Felt safe and secure. Not many great restaurants close by, but a quick drive or bus ride solved thisHighly recommend the apartment

L'appartement de Maurizio est d'une propreté irréprochable, spacieux, très confortable, on s'y sent vraiment bien. Il est idéalement situé près du parc du Janicule qui offre une vue magnifique sur Rome. Maurizio nous attendait à la gare à notre arrivée et nous a très gentiment proposé de nous faire visiter le quartier. Notre séjour ne pouvait mieux se passer, merci encore pour votre accueil Maurizio!

The apartment is absolutely beautiful - and has an Italian soul, with beautiful furniture and decor. The location is excellent for local eateries (we recommend Golino's and Tutto Qua) and convenient shops, and easy access to Trastevere and beyond. Maurizio is a very kind and generous host - his tour of the locale was a great way to get an overview of the area plus very useful information on being a tourist in Rome. Staying in this apartment was one of the pleasures of being in Rome.

beautiful and comfortable apartment

We really enjoyed our stay here, the apartment is very lovely and spacious, the beds were very comfortable (!!) and it was a pleasure to meet Maurizio, he is the most gracious and kind host :) Recommended!

Place was very clean. Showers had great water pressure beds were comfortable and the apartment had a lot of room. Location was great! I would definitely stay here again if I came back to Rome.

First time to rome

It was our first time to Rome and this place was very close to trastervere where we would go at night and it was amazing. Had a bus stop right outside but we didn’t use it but would take you to all the big monuments. Maurizio was amazing and drove us to the train when we were leaving

Familia visiting Italy

The house was very warm and welcoming. We traveled with 4 kids and we enjoyed staying there. The host was excellent and went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Italy. :)

Beautiful apartment

We enjoyed our stay. The apartment is roomy with a lovely terrace. It is in a pleasant suburb with restaurants, bars & shops. The host made us very welcome. He is delightful and showed around the area. He equiped us with necessary local knowledge so we were able to get about very easily.

Wir haben schon oft Ferien in Rom gemacht und jetzt das zweite Mal bei Maurizio gewohnt. Die Wohnung ist nicht nur gut ausgestattet, sondern hat vor allem eine gute Lage. Kommt man vom Ausflug zurück, hält der Bus vor der Tür.Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Und es gibt einen Markt zwei Straßen weiter! Wenn man römisches Leben ein wenig abseits der Touristenströme genießen will, ist die Wohnung genau richtig. Und dennoch ist man in 10 Minuten im Ausgehviertel Trastevere!Maurizio ist ein wirklich guter Gastgeber!!!

Apartamento tranquilo lejos del bullicio del centro turístico

Apartamento genial (mejor que en las fotos), acogedor, limpio y con todos los servicios alrededor. 20-25 minutos al centro con diversas opciones de transporte a 2 minutos de la puerta. Encantados con la bienvenida de Maurizio y su tour Gianicolense!

Lovely neighborhood Great Host

very large place in a wonderful neighborhood away from the hustle and bustle of Rome. Great restaurants and neighborhood bakery nearby. easy to get to Rome sites by transit or by walking. Maurizio is a lovely host who picked us up from the train station and gave us a tour of the neighborhood when we arrived. he was always available if we had any questions or concerns. Would definately stay here again

Perfect home with excellent host

The good Doctor picked us up at the train station. What a fine gesture as getting a taxi to an unknown location is not fun. Then he gave us a city tour which was helpful in understanding where we were located. Also he showed us where to eat and shop. The home is large, clean and very well appointed. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay, we hope to return.

Bel appartement, très bien équipé

Nous avons passé un mois dans cet appartement situé dans un quartier calme du Janicule. L'appartement est spacieux, climatisé et bien équipé, très agréable pour se reposer après les balades dans Rome. Au début du séjour nos hôtes nous ont fait découvrir le quartier et nous ont très gentiment donné toutes les indications utiles pour faire nos courses ou nous déplacer à Rome. Nous avons été très contents de notre choix.

Wonderful!

This is a lovely apartment in an interesting and highly desirable neighborhood. Maurizio was such a great host; he could not have been more welcoming nor accessible! He met us when we arrived and not only did he orient us to the apartment, he gave us a driving tour of the neighborhood, including information about the history of Rome and the area. We felt comfortable and at home in the apartment, and enjoyed our time there.

Easter in Rome

A lovely, elegant, spacious and light apartment in a quiet, safe neighbourhood. The host was extremely helpful and informative and even helped us find somewhere local for dinner the first night as we arrived late in the evening. The buses are easy to use, but we liked to walk, it's a great way to experience the city. The route up Janiculum Hill and over to the Vatican only takes around 30 minutes and is very pretty.

Perfect Introduction to Rome

My fiancé and I stayed at Maurizio’s apartment for a week, and it was amazing. It is incredibly spacious, beautifully decorated, and has everything you need. We walked from the apartment throughout Rome almost every day, and it is especially close to the thriving pedestrian-only area in Trastevere. Maurizio’s hospitality was such a pleasant surprise - he picked us up from the train station and even gave us a short tour of Rome. He is such a welcoming host! His hospitality and home was the perfect introduction to Rome and the rest of Italy.

3 Weeks in Italy

I really enjoyed the area! I would walk down to the pantheon which took about one hour and then taxi back in the evening. The store for groceries it’s right down the street. The farmers market was so close that I went almost daily for fruit. The café’s are within walking distance. If you are a coffee drinker you will not find any Keurig to use in the morning; just the one cup at a time stove top pot. No toaster as well, but all in all, I enjoyed staying here.

Just like home

I stayed for just under two weeks and after a few days it felt like I was part of the neighborhood. The host gave me a tour of the area, which was as good as any tour in Rome. It was ideal to walk out the front door and be able to walk across the street for coffee, dessert or any other meal Between the Quattro Venti train station, buses 75 and 44 along with being able to catch a cab, the location is ideal. It gets you out of the crowds in the city, yet you can get anywhere in 20 minutes. The apartment and the host receive my highest recommendations.

Roman holiday!

A wonderful host and a beautiful apartment, what a great start to a Roman holiday. Our host Maurizio, took us on personal tour of the neighbourhood including historical sites and eating places on checkin, he also gave detailed instructions regarding workings of the apartment. Bus 75 is at the gate which takes to the Termini railway station or you can connect with other buses around Rome. The apartment is in a lovely neighbourhood, with supermarkets, restaurants, takeaway etc close by. The apartment was as per listing and well equipped.

Family Trip to Rome

We can’t say enough great things about this property! Maurizio is an outstanding host and his home is wonderful. Away from the hustle and bustle of central Rome but easy access to all the sights by bus and foot. A lovely neighbourhood where you can head to the local bar for an espresso and cornetto in the morning, and local market for some fresh produce, and truly feel like a Roman! And the apartment is massive - we travelled with our three sons (young adult and teenagers) and each had their own bed - plus room to spare. And Maurizio thinks of everything - coffee, laundry and dishwashing detergent, plush towels, fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning, lovely balconies all around, and a beautiful piano and artwork throughout. Of travelling with a family I highly recommend this lovely home. Grazie tanto Maurizio!

Best Place to Stay

We had the absolute best stay at this apartment. Milena and Maurizio are amazing. They went out of their way to make us feel welcome and went above and beyond to make sure everything worked out for our time there. Maurizio picked us up at the train and gave us a tour of the area. The apartment is very clean, comfortable, spacious, with the best views from the three balconies, in a great area with cute shops, and restaurants. There is a bus stop outside the building and a train nearby. We hope to stay here again!! spacious. It is

Giancolo getaway

A real family, home, elegant and comfortable. There was even a piano. Wifi good. Two friends and two teens, perfect space could be made even larger on request. En-suite bathroom. Lovely roof-terraces, good location, and the Maurizio was really attentive and helpful. He helped to guide us to the real Roma . I really liked the area quiet but good transport and local shops, Cafes et cetera. Will be returning I hope
