La casa si compone da ingresso con disimpegno, cabina armadio, bagno, soggiorno con angolo cottura, camera da letto, terrazzo abitabile attrezzato.
A disposizione Wi-Fi gratuito – condizionatore in soggiorno e camera da letto – SmartTv in soggiorno e in camera da letto – bollitore – macchina del caffè – forno elettrico - forno a microonde - tosta pane - piastra ad induzione - frigorifero - phon - lavatrice - aspirapolvere elettrica. La dotazione della cucina è completa e semplice da utilizzare.
Vengono forniti: biancheria per il letto e per il bagno, sapone mani, bagnoschiuma.


- Self check-in instructions will be sent by mail or wsapp.
- No one other than registered guests may enter the apartment, not even for a short period of time.
- It is forbidden to smoke and organize parties.
- The apartment is located in a condominium and  it is forbidden to make noises that could disturb the neighbors between 10pm and 8am.
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
