The apartment is located on the first floor (only 17 steps - no lift) and has a double bedroom accessed from the living room (without a door) with a wardrobe, a large living room with two large windows and a wooden ceiling, a double sofa bed, a table with chairs, satellite TV.

The fully equipped kitchenette has a dishwasher, plates, glasses, pots, pans, toaster, kettle, microwave, fridge.

A magnificent wooden floor is in all rooms (bedroom and living room)

The bathroom is equipped with shower, sink, bidet, toilet, washing machine and hairdryer.

Our guests will have free use of air conditioning, wifi internet, heating, sheets, linen, hairdryer, iron, TV.

Tourist tax of €6.00 per night (up to a maximum of 10 nights) per person (not applicable to children under 10) to be paid in cash on arrival.

A supplement of €30 is charged for check-in after 8pm. Check-in after 11pm is not possible.

For stays over 28 nights, electricity will be paid based on consumption (the cost is €0.40 per kW).

For stays over 28 nights, a €200 utility deposit is required.
