The Conte Apartment is a modern and inviting 60 sqm one-bedroom apartment, offering a refined stay in the heart of Rome, just a few steps from the majestic St. Peter's Square.

The apartment features an entrance with a kitchen, a bathroom with a small balcony, a spacious living area with a sofa bed and study nook, and a bedroom with a walk-in closet and another small balcony. Both main areas include air conditioning for maximum comfort.

The master bedroom is a very cozy space, enhanced by finely decorated walls and equipped with a convenient coat rack and two bedside tables with lamps. Adjacent, the walk-in closet provides ample space for luggage and clothes. The bedroom's small balcony overlooks the main street.

The living room is furnished with a large glass table for 4 people and a 65" TV. The generous sofa bed comfortably accommodates up to four guests, easily transforming into a comfortable Queen-size bed (140x200 cm). An elegant bookshelf with a study nook and a marine-style mahogany desk with a brass lamp complete the area.

Seamlessly connected to the living room, you'll find a small yet fully equipped kitchen, featuring all modern conveniences, including a dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, and microwave, allowing you to prepare your meals at your leisure.

The bathroom, a true gem, is adorned with fine blue Bisazza mosaic tiles and marble finishes. It includes a bidet and a spacious shower for 2 people with a 25 cm showerhead. The small balcony offers a captivating view of the Basilica's Dome. For your convenience, hand soap and shower gel are provided.
