First and foremost, this property did not have running hot water and is not equipped to host any travelers. Once we learned about not having running hot water (when we were to take shower) and notified the property owner/management team, they didn’t take this matter seriously and informed us that they would show up the next day.Day 2, while we were out and touring Rome, despite not having taken a shower, the property manager reached out and we had to alter our travel plan to meet back at the property at 2pm. The handy man came around 2:30 and it took him over 2 hours without resolving the hot water issue. From the night before until now, the property owner did not respond. Due to not hot water issue, we reported this issue to Vrbo. Based on Vrbo’s standard operating procedure, we will need to give a 4-hour grace period before Vrbo can take any action. Our conversation with a Vrbo supervisor was that if we don’t hear back in 4 hours, Vrbo would find us a new living situation and would provide transportation to the new location. 4 hours later (8:30pm), without the owner responding, we spoke to Vrbo once again and seeking for a new location that evening. Upon speaking with a different supervisor on duty, he informed us that due to the time zone (help center) in India, the date has past to the next day, therefore, finding a new location was not possible. We had no choice but to stay in this property without hot water. In short, avoid this location to enjoy your holiday
