Summary:

In the heart of Testaccio, on the Lungotevere riverside, an entire apartment for 3 guests with a view of the Tiber from the balcony. One bedroom and a spacious, bright living room with a single sofa bed; two full bathrooms and an equipped kitchen. The small balcony with a table is perfect for breakfast or a sunset aperitivo. All around, one of Rome's most authentic and food-loving neighborhoods, between Testaccio Market, historic trattorias and artisan shops. Check-in with on-site welcome.



The Space:

Entire single-level apartment for 3 guests. One bedroom and a spacious, bright living room with a single sofa bed, ideal for families or small groups. Two full bathrooms, ensuring comfort and privacy throughout your stay. Fully equipped kitchen with cooktop, oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, microwave, kettle and coffee maker, plus a dining table. Air conditioning and heating, Wi-Fi, TV, washer and elevator. The balcony with a table overlooks the Lungotevere and offers a glimpse of the Tiber, perfect for a morning coffee or a glass of wine at sunset. Beds are made up for the number of guests booked; different configurations must be requested in advance. We provide one towel set per person (body + face towel); replacement towels are available after 3 nights of stay.



Guest Access:

Guests have access to the entire apartment, except for one locked storage room. Check-in takes place with in-person welcome. It is important to inform us of your arrival time in advance. The welcome is possible when: the online form has been completed with full and correct data and documents uploaded; the city tax has been paid; the apartment is ready. The same conditions apply to early check-in, which must be requested by 18:00 the day before; confirmation is subject to availability.



The Neighborhood:

Testaccio is one of Rome's most authentic and traditional neighborhoods, the heart of the city's food culture. A few steps away you'll find the Testaccio Market, historic trattorias, the Monte dei Cocci and the MACRO Testaccio museum. Nearby are the Pyramid of Cestius and the Aventine Hill with its gardens. A district with a genuine, local atmosphere, away from the crowds yet well connected to Trastevere and the historic center.



Getting Around:

The area is well connected. The Piramide metro stop (line B) is a few minutes' walk away and quickly reaches the Colosseum, Termini and EUR; the same station (Roma Porta San Paolo) serves the line to Ostia and the sea. Tram 3 and several bus lines link Trastevere, San Giovanni and the center. The area is partly subject to ZTL (limited traffic zone): if arriving by car, a paid parking garage is recommended. Fiumicino airport is about 30-40 minutes away, Ciampino about 30-40 minutes, by taxi or shuttle.



Other Things to Note:

Early check-in and late check-out are not guaranteed by default. If needed, they must be requested by 6:00 PM the day before; confirmation is subject to availability.



For stays of at least 10 nights, one free cleaning on request after the first 5 nights. Extra cleanings available for a fee (same rate applied at booking).



Luggage storage: possible before check-in or after check-out at our office in Via della Madonna dei Monti 24, from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM. Free service, availability to be checked in advance by writing to us.



When contacting us via phone or email, always indicate the name of the property and the check-in date.



Beds: by default prepared for the minimum number needed for the booked guests. Different configurations must be requested in advance.

Towels: one set per booked guest (body towel + face towel). Replacement towels available after 3 nights of stay.

We communicate in Italian, English, Spanish and French.



Late-arrival surcharge for check-in with on-site welcome: € 25 after 21:00, € 50 after 24:00, € 100 after 2:00.
