In the heart of Trastevere, steps from Piazza Trilussa and Santa Maria in Trastevere, an entire apartment for 6 guests with a rare asset in Rome: a private garden with gazebo and pool. Two double bedrooms and a bright living room, two full bathrooms and a well-equipped kitchen. All around, the city's most authentic and lively neighbourhood, with cobbled lanes, historic trattorias and evening buzz. On-site check-in with personal welcome.



The Space:

Entire two-level apartment designed for 6 guests. Two double bedrooms, each with a queen bed, and a bright living room with a sofa bed for two. Two full bathrooms. Well-equipped kitchen with hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave, kettle and coffee maker, plus a dining table. Air conditioning and heating, Wi-Fi, TV, washer, dryer and iron. The real highlight is outdoors: a private garden with gazebo and pool, a rare green oasis in Rome's historic centre, perfect for unwinding after a day in the city. A crib is available on request. Beds are prepared for the number of guests booked; different configurations must be requested in advance. We provide one set of towels per person (body + face); replacement towels are available after 3 nights of stay.



Guest Access:

Guests have the entire apartment and exclusive access to the private garden with gazebo and pool. Check-in takes place with in-person welcome. It is important to inform us of your arrival time in advance. The welcome is possible when: the online form has been completed with full and correct data and documents uploaded; the city tax has been paid; the apartment is ready. The same conditions apply to early check-in, which must be requested by 18:00 the day before; confirmation is subject to availability.



The Neighborhood:

Trastevere is Rome's most characterful district: cobbled lanes, ivy-clad facades and authentic local life. A few minutes on foot take you to Piazza di Santa Maria in Trastevere with its basilica, Piazza Trilussa and the river embankment. The area is full of traditional trattorias, wine bars, artisan shops and markets. Climbing up to the Janiculum offers one of the finest panoramic views over the city, while Tiber Island and the historic centre are within walking distance across the river. In the evening the neighbourhood comes alive with bars and restaurants.



Getting Around:

Trastevere is well connected and very walkable. Tram 8 quickly links the area to Piazza Venezia and the centre; several bus lines serve the neighbourhood and the riverside. Much of the historic centre is reachable on foot. The area lies within the ZTL (limited traffic zone): arriving by private car should be considered carefully and street parking is limited. From Fiumicino airport, reach Rome by the Leonardo Express train to Termini and continue by taxi or public transport, or take a taxi directly; from Ciampino, shuttle buses to Termini and taxis are available.



Other Things to Note:

Early check-in and late check-out are not guaranteed by default. If needed, they must be requested by 6:00 PM the day before; confirmation is subject to availability.

For stays of at least 10 nights, one free cleaning on request after the first 5 nights. Extra cleanings are available for a fee (same rate applied at booking).

Luggage storage is possible before check-in or after check-out at our office in Via della Madonna dei Monti 24, from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM. Free service, availability to be confirmed in advance by contacting us.

When you contact us via phone or email, please always state the name of the property and the check-in date.

Beds: by default prepared for the minimum number needed for the booked guests. Different configurations must be requested in advance.

Towels: one set per booked guest (body towel + face towel). Replacement towels available after 3 nights of stay.

We communicate in Italian, English, Spanish and French.

Surcharge for late arrivals at the on-site welcome check-in: €25 after 9:00 PM, €50 after midnight, €100 after 2:00 AM.
