Enjoy yourself with the whole family in this elegant accommodation nestled in the greenery of Parco del Drago and in the heart of Rome, just a short walk from the village of OSTIA ANTICA and the Archaeological Park.
You can reach Fiumicino “Leonardo da Vinci” Airport
and the new Rome Exhibition Center in just a few minutes by car.
We’re located just a few kilometers from the Ostia beach.
When you stay with us, you can explore the beauty of Rome and enjoy some relaxation by the sea.
The space
A fantastic, fully renovated three-room apartment awaits you, featuring 2 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room with a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning in every room, a smart TV, and Wi-Fi.


It’s located 2 minutes from the bus stop (012), which will take you to Acilia Central Station in 13 minutes, where a direct train will take you to downtown Rome in just 20 minutes.


The apartment is on the 3rd floor (with an elevator) of a very bright building from the early ’90s.

As soon as you walk in, you’ll be greeted by a spacious living area with a dining table, a sofa bed, air conditioning, a smart TV, a closet, and a charming balcony with a small table. Adjacent to the living area, you’ll find a fantastic, fully equipped kitchen featuring: a stovetop, oven, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, dishwasher, and all the utensils you need for cooking.Continuing through the kitchen, you’ll find a comfortable balcony.


The property features two very bright double bedrooms, equipped with all the amenities.
The first features a comfortable double bed, air conditioning, a closet, and a smart TV.
The second features two single beds, which can be pushed together if needed. It also has air conditioning, a closet, a smart TV, and fantastic LED lights running along the entire length of the bed frame.


Rounding out the apartment are two full bathrooms with windows, each equipped with everything you need: a waterfall shower, a washing machine, a toilet, and a sink.


We regret to inform you that, due to hygiene and health regulations and out of respect for guests with allergies, pets are not allowed.


There’s also a hair dryer and some cute little containers where you can store all your personal bathroom items and makeup bags.

Each guest receives a WELCOME KIT consisting of:

- Three soft towels
(Bath towel, Hand/face towel, Bidet towel) + Shower mat
- Body wash/shampoo
- Hand soap
-Disposable slippers

Upon your arrival, you’ll find a bottle of still and sparkling water in the fridge, along with a savory snack.

The house is equipped with gas, smoke, and carbon monoxide detectors, a fire extinguisher, and a first-aid kit.

In the neighborhood, you’ll find all the amenities you need, such as restaurants, bars, and pharmacies.

Right outside the apartment, there is ample free parking along the main street or in the indoor parking lot, which is also free.

Smoking is NOT permitted in the apartment.
The apartment is equipped with smoke detectors with alarms.

The apartment is located in a building where other people live; therefore, the utmost respect for other residents is required. Noise, loud music, shouting, and similar disturbances are strictly prohibited.
Throughout your stay, especially during the quiet hours specified in the building rules ((13:00-16:00 00:00-8:00)

Inside the apartment, you will find a brochure listing the locations and contact numbers of the relevant authorities, as well as the locations of bus stops and the train station, along with directions for getting to Rome, nearby attractions, restaurants, the Ostia Antica archaeological site, and plenty of evening entertainment in the Ostia Antica neighborhood.
