Located on the fifth floor of an elegant building with an elevator, it offers guests an immersive experience in the magical atmosphere of the Eternal City. Its prime location allows visitors to explore Rome s most iconic artistic and historical landmarks on foot, while public transportation is readily available nearby for any travel needs.

Arrivals: The check in time is from 3:00 PM, but I m flexible! If you d like to arrive earlier, contact me in advance, and I ll do my best to accommodate you. After 3:00 PM, you can check in independently, provided that the online registration has been completed in advance. We will then arrange to meet in person for verification. If you prefer an in person check in, we must schedule a precise appointment. Please note that: * After 8:00 PM, there is an extra charge of 50. * After midnight, the extra charge is 70. Departures: Check out must be completed by 11:00 AM. If you have different preferences, please inform me at least 2 days in advance, and I ll do my best to accommodate you! Pets I m happy to welcome your furry friends! A cleaning fee of 30 per stay applies for deep cleaning.
