Holiday home Villa Stauder is set in a large private park in Genzano di Roma. From the panoramic terrace (30 m²), you have a wonderful view of the surroundings and the nearby sea. Fast local trains run regularly from the nearby Campoleone station (5 km away) to the center of Rome in about 23 minutes. The spacious, sunny, and quiet apartment (90 m²) is on the first floor of the holiday home and is comfortable for up to 5 guests. The pool is at your disposal.



This independent, spacious, and modernly furnished apartment on the first floor of Villa Stauder is suitable for up to five people. It features a living room with a dining table, a cozy sitting area, TV, fast Wi-Fi, workspace, and air conditioning. The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob with four electric burners, a large fridge with freezer, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, moka coffee maker, and a dining table. The second bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe, and chest of drawers. The third room has two separate beds and a wardrobe. In the attic, there is a small children's room with a comfortable single bed. Two spacious bathrooms with showers have a slightly lower ceiling height of about 1.90 m. A washing machine is available.



The large terrace (30 m²) is furnished with a table, chairs, loungers, and a sunshade. From here, you can enjoy views of the private olive grove, peaceful rural surroundings, and the sea. Around the house, there is a well-kept lawn for playing and a shared pool (diameter 4.6 m). A baby cot and high chair are available on request.
